Abstract

The Student-Centered Approach is one of the effective approaches in modern learning, because learning is a process of comprehensive change in the individual, including cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects obtained through information, knowledge, and daily experiences. An effective learning process must be designed to be interactive, inspiring, challenging, fun, and able to motivate students to be active. This is in line with the goal of National Education in the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, which is to develop the potential of students to become human beings of faith, piety, noble character, creativity, and independence. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Student-Centered Approach in improving student learning outcomes, explore the challenges and opportunities for its implementation, and provide recommendations for the development of this approach-based learning. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach based on literature review. Data was obtained through analysis of relevant literature, such as books, journals, and academic articles that discuss the implementation and effectiveness of the Student-Centered Approach. The data was analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that this approach can improve student engagement, critical thinking skills, and creativity. This approach can be optimized through methods such as Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and Discovery Learning. With the right implementation, the Student-Centered Approach has the potential to support learning success in various modern educational contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concepts, principles, benefits, and challenges of implementing holistic education as a learning approach to shape students with strong character. Holistic education is considered highly relevant in addressing the challenges of globalization, as it not only emphasizes academic achievement but also fosters emotional, social, physical, and spiritual development. The research employed a literature review method by examining various studies and practices of holistic education, including nature-based schools, the Montessori method, and project-based learning. The findings indicate that holistic education can cultivate balanced, creative, and adaptive learners equipped with essential life skills such as empathy, collaboration, and environmental awareness. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited teacher training, unequal access to educational infrastructure in remote areas, and parental mindsets that prioritize academic rankings over character building. To overcome these issues, proposed solutions include teacher training in holistic pedagogy, collaboration with NGOs in school development, and parental awareness programs highlighting the importance of academic and non-academic balance. With strong commitment from government, schools, and communities, holistic education can serve as a transformative strategy to prepare competent and character-driven future generations.

Abstract

Education is an effort that is carried out regularly and systematically, carried out by people who are responsible for influencing children to have characteristics and habits in accordance with educational ideals, in other words education is assistance given deliberately to children, in physical and spiritual growth to reach the adult level. Pragmatically, education must be carried out ideally, in accordance with applicable rules, both formatively and religiously, so that education is not separated between general and religious. The purpose of this writing is to provide a view of the ideal education of human education in terms of Islamic education, so that there is an integration of education in life. The method used in this writing is qualitative descriptive concept analysis. The result of this writing is the descriptive descriptive description of the ideal education for humans according to the Islamic view, namely education based on the Qur'an and Hadith. So that the implication of education based on the Quran and Hadith is the integration of science in living in this world.

Abstract

The human resources issue remains the focus and focus of an organization's ability to survive in the age of globalization. Human resources will determine the success of the organization's activities. This research aims to find out how the competence and motivation of human resources in learning. This analysis uses qualitative methods with descriptive approaches, data collection obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques, then once research data is collected then analyzed using data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the improvement in the quality of individual and organizational performance will occur in a learning organization that is able to combine leadership functions, managers' competencies and cultures that enable the competence to develop and be used optimally in the form of a continuous innovation contribution in the organization.
