Abstract

Hamka adalah seorang cendekiawan dan ulama muslim yang terkenal dengan karyanya pada era kemerdekaan Indonesia. Dalam salah satu karyanya ia menulis tentang Moral. Peran moral yang lebih sering disebut Hamka sebagai karakter, mempunyai kedudukan penting dalam kehidupan. Hamka mengatakan, karakter bukan hanya hubungan antar manusia saja. Melainkan juga manusia terhadap Allah Sang Pencipta. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendapat Hamka tentang Akhlaqul Karimah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan melindungi diri dari penyakit jantung, seseorang akan mampu mencapai karakter yang baik. Hamka berpendapat bahwa manusia harus berakhlak mulia agar dapat meneguhkan perannya sebagai hamba Allah SWT yang harus beriman kepada-Nya, pentingnya menjaga pergaulan sosial dan tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat demi kebaikan bersama. Dan itu berlaku dari masa lalu hingga masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain related to the Gait of KH. Abu Dardiri in the Development of Muhammadiyah in the Banyumas Region. The method used in studying the topics raised is the historical method based on heuristic stages, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. In this article, the first point describes the development of Muhammadiyah in the Banyumas area, which consists of its initial establishment which lasted until 1940 and post-independence developments. In the next point explaining about KH. Abu Dardiri where he is a very influential figure in the history of the development of Muhammadiyah in the Banyumas area. He was Muhammadiyah consul for the Banyumas area before serving as Muhammadiyah consul he served as chairman of the Purbalingga branch of Muhammadiyah. Many of his actions have been felt to this day with various legacies and charitable efforts which are currently growing rapidly.

Abstract

Regional Regulations are an important element in the legal view of legislation. The implementation of Regional Regulations based on Sharia not only creates pros and cons in society, but also raises very significant constitutional problems. This article aims to describe the Dilemma of the Implementation of Sharia Regional Regulations in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. This research is a type of library research. In this study, it is concluded that Sharia Regional Regulations must not conflict with higher regulations and must pay attention to the interests of the community and comply with national legal principles. The existence of Sharia Regional Regulations in Indonesia is a reflection of the dynamics of local democracy and the plurality of society. The implementation of this Sharia Regional Regulation raises a dilemma where, for some people, Sharia Regional Regulations are expected to be an effort to find a way out of various problems currently facing the nation, on the other hand, Sharia Regional Regulations are also feared to be a tool for religious political interests. Sharia Regional Regulations are often viewed as unconstitutional because religious affairs are the authority of the central government, not the regions.
