Abstract

Aim: This study aims to shed light on how dishonest advertising has harmed the fashion industry in the United Arab Emirates, particularly concerning consumer’s continued patronage and faith in its practices. This study examines how misleading advertising impacts customers’ attitudes and actions, particularly their loyalty and trust in a brand. This research endeavours to examine the data from prior studies and relate them to the residents of the United Arab Emirates.Methodology: Rather than relying on quantitative methods, this study took a qualitative approach, emphasizing interviews and in-depth discussion. Respondents were interrogated in person using the interview technique. The research benefited from applying thematic analysis to comprehend the responses better and examine the answers’ similarities and differences. Participants in this survey are all current U.A.E. residents exposed to fashion industry advertisements regularly.Findings: Three respondent’s insights suggest that they are well aware of the potential impact of deceptive advertising on their customers. Two of the remaining respondents, however, implied ignorance about misleading advertising. They get that customers need honest product information, significantly when it affects their purchasing decisions. The United Arab Emirates is generally safe because of its stringent laws, such as its consumer protection law, which places a premium on consumer safety. Companies can still make subtle but significant changes to their advertisements without consumers noticing.Implications/Novel Contribution: These results highlight the importance of educating consumers about the perils of manipulative advertising. Consumers should always do their research and never accept anything at face value. As an alternative, they should do their homework to ensure the accuracy of the data they’ll use to make decisions. To provide the most in-depth study based on deceptive marketing, more research into the role of deceptive marketing in the global fashion industry, including the quality of services and the company’s brand image, is needed.

Abstract

Aim: Based on Barr’s conceptual paradigm of the welfare state and social justice in the context of education, the paper will critically examine the significance of state involvement in primary education.Methodology: This paper will perform a methodical literature review of academic literature, policy papers, and official reports in the field to partly defend the Lebanese government’s funding program for private education on the principles of efficiency and fairness.Findings: It has been determined that the most effective way to address inefficiency and fairness is for the government to subsidize commercial primary education output. Although the Lebanese government created a system of financing allowances to lessen parents’ financial strain in providing for their children’s education, the subsidy program has not succeeded in ensuring equitable access for the lowest rungs of society because there are still large disparities. In order to ensure more equal access to the funding scheme, the government should substitute the existing subsidy program with an income and needs-based funding allocation program, an example of which can be a constrained voucher scheme.Implications/Novel Contribution: The article provides a critical analysis and economic assessment of the Lebanese government’s primary education financing allotment program’s effectiveness and fairness. For policymakers to genuinely comprehend the issues and make informed decisions, the document offers in-depth knowledge about the subject.

Abstract

Aim: Employee training sometimes falls to the bottom of the list of priorities while managing a busy health and social care service due to the abundance of issues to take into account. The greatest human resources may be developed and retained via training, which also offers new skills and information. The entire training practices in private hospitals in India were to be evaluated in this study. The research primarily examines how training affects worker performance, organizational commitment, and the standard of healthcare services.Methodology: A questionnaire was used to gather primary data, and one item was left open-ended to allow for further exploration of the subject.Findings: The study’s results revealed that although employees occasionally receive training, only a small percentage of them think it is of a high enough caliber to have an impact on both their personal life and the company’s. Additionally, they didn’t think that the training had increased their dedication to the organization or changed the way they thought or behaved. They contend that variables other than their connection with their employers have a bigger role in determining their retention rate at a company. Employees acknowledged that certain abilities had improved, which suggests that hospitals utilize a set of broad training techniques that are not altered to meet specific hospital demands. Not every employee said that assessments are conducted on a regular basis. Employees are not involved in the creation of training modules, and they do not believe that training and evaluations have made them stand out for both themselves and their employer. Given that the healthcare industry is always changing, having a professional, educated, and adaptive personnel should always be a top concern. For anybody working in the healthcare industry, training is a must, not just a nice-to-have.Implications/Novel Contribution: The hospitals may utilize these findings to enhance their training initiatives and get the most out of them.

Abstract

The research paper is an introduction to the artificial neural networks and wireless network by using sensor technology. There are myriads types of neural networks which are used in computer network and wireless network technology. Neural networks explain and give the proper demonstration for the applications of neural networks and wireless network. The artificial network and wireless network have strong connection and can be investigated and explained properly. There are also some models which are called mathematical models which can explain and demonstrate the artificial and wireless networks in detail. There are many organizations which are using artificial neural networks by using sensor technology for wide range of purpose. A new technology ZigBee introduced in artificial networks and wireless networks by evolving the new protocol system based on meter reading. Artificial neural networks and wireless network along database management system have great importance in revolutionizing the world in artificial and wireless technology by using different wireless sensors, RF chip, and fusion of RFID system along with nodes of ZigBee technology.
