Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Smash basic ability in Volleyball Game using Games Method in Extracurricular Students of SMAN 1 Kedung Waringin. Based on the research results and the results of statistical calculations to the hypothesis testing, it is obtained that initial results obtained Smash Ability Test score number is 2999, the average score is 99.97, standard deviation is 12.93 and varian standard is 167.27 while the final test score number is 3709, the average score is 123.63, a standard deviation is 15.02 and variant standar is 225.55, and to increase the number of earned value is 710, average score is 23.67 standard deviation is 27.95 and variants is 5.29. Smash basic ability in Volleyball Game using Game Method in Extracurricular Students of SMAN 1 Kedung Waringin increases after being treated Using Games Method. This is evidenced by the test results showing the significance of the results, that is t cal (24.40) > t table (1.70).

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Is there a relationship between leg muscle strength against dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school student extracurricular Daar El Salam. (2) Is there a relationship between the running speed of the dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students extracurricular Daar El Salam. (3) Is there a relationship between confidence in dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students extracurricular Daar El Salam. (4) Is there a relationship between leg muscle strength, running speed, and confidence together - equal to the dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students extracurricular Daar El Salam. Researchers using multiple correlations that examine the relationship with regression analysis techniques. These results indicate that there is a leg muscle strength correlation coefficient of 0.825 with a degree of relationship is very strong, there is a running speed correlation coefficient of 0.847 with a degree of relationship is very strong, and confident there is a correlation coefficient of 0.67 with a strong relationship level. Based on the test results and significance of linear simple regression equation between leg muscle strength, running speed, and confidence in dribbling skills of 0.939 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.882 yaiu great effect amounted to 88.2%, while 11.8% is affected by the other factors that are not within the study variables. As well as the significance test for multiple correlation Fhitung 52.32 where the value is greater than the F table.

Abstract

The success of the education process in order to produce quality Indonesian human resources, will be determined by many factors, including students, educators, curriculum, management of education and educational facilities. Learning outcomes are influenced by many very complex and complex factors. Because of the limited time, funds, and abilities, the authors limit this study to only three important problem factors that are considered the most decisive of teacher professionalism, namely the problem of teacher education and teaching experience. This research is only limited to the teacher because the teacher is the spearhead in learning activities. The quality of education is largely determined by the performance of the teacher even though other factors cannot be ignored. The method used in this study is a survey with correlational techniques. Teacher education has a positive influence on teacher professionalism which is characterized by the acquisition of determination coefficient (r2y1) = 0.932 which means that 93.2% occurs in the tendency of the influence of increasing teacher education (X1) on teacher professionalism. The remaining 6.8% is explained by other reasons. Teacher teaching experience has a positive and significant influence on teacher professionalism which is characterized by the acquisition of determination coefficient (r2y2) of = 0.805 which means that 80.5% that occurs in the large tendency of the influence of teacher teaching experience (X2) on teacher professionalism. The remaining 19.5% is explained by other reasons. Teacher education and teacher teaching experience together provide a positive and significant influence on teacher professionalism which is characterized by the acquisition of multiple determination coefficients (r2y12) = 0.932 which means that 93.2% occurs in the tendency of the increase in teacher education and teaching experience teacher towards teacher professionalism. The remaining 6.8% is explained by other reasons.
