Abstract

Abstrak - Piyuen.Net merupakan instansi yang bergerak dalam bidang penyedia layanan jaringan wifi yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dikota Kudus Jl. Raya Pati-Kudus, Tompe, Gondoharum, Kec.Jekulo, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah 59382. Saat ini pendaftaran wifi di piyuen.net masih kurang efisiensi karena pelanggan harus langsung datang ke instansi dengan membawa fotocopy ktp. Selain itu pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh instansi tersebut masih harus datang ke instansi atau pihak pegawai datang ke rumah pelanggan. Penanganan dalam melakukan layanan pelanggan juga masih kurang efesien. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Prototype dengan analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil Penelitian ini diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi web dan dalam model UML (Unified Modelling Language). Tujuanya adalah untuk mempermudah proses pengelolaan penyedia layanan jaringan wifi agar efesien dan efektif, termasuk notifikasi melalui WhatsApp, untuk mendukung proses pengelolaan penyedia layanan jaringan wifi dengan baik. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan, Wifi  Abstract - Piyuen.Net is an agency that operates in the field of providing WiFi network services which was founded in 2019 in Kudus City, Jl. Raya Pati-Kudus, Tompe, Gondoharum, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency, Central Java 59382. Currently, WiFi registration at piyuen.net is still lacking in efficiency because customers have to come directly to the agency with a photocopy of their ID card. Apart from that, payments made by the agency still have to come to the agency or employees come to the customer's house. Handling in providing customer service is also still less efficient. This research uses the Prototype development method with needs analysis through observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this research were implemented in the form of a web application and in the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model. The aim is to simplify the process of managing wifi network service providers so that it is efficient and effective, including notifications via WhatsApp, to support the process of managing wifi network service providers properly. Keywords: Information Systems, Management, Wifi
