Abstract

ABSTRACT To ensure survival and enhance living conditions, the development of housing, a fundamental human need, is imperative. Housing beyond mere need; it encompasses the creation of a living space that facilitates interpersonal interactions and self-expression. The Menteng Indah Housing Security and Cleanliness Fee Payment Information System was created using a website based on design thinking ideas. Design thinking is a methodology that employs a user-centric approach to produce a multitude of ideas in a brainstorming session aimed at problem-solving. This study aims to create a website-based fee payment mechanism for Menteng Indah housing. This technique will facilitate payment for citizens and security forces. Keywords: Contribution, Housing, Security, Citizens ABSTRAK Untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup dan meningkatkan kondisi kehidupan, pembangunan perumahan, yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, menjadi keharusan. Perumahan bukan sekadar kebutuhan; perumahan mencakup penciptaan ruang hidup yang memfasilitasi interaksi antarpribadi dan ekspresi diri. Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Biaya Keamanan dan Kebersihan Perumahan Menteng Indah dibuat menggunakan situs web berdasarkan ide-ide design thinking. Design thinking adalah metodologi yang menggunakan pendekatan yang berpusat pada pengguna untuk menghasilkan banyak ide dalam sesi curah pendapat yang ditujukan untuk pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat mekanisme pembayaran biaya berbasis situs web untuk perumahan Menteng Indah. Teknik ini akan memfasilitasi pembayaran bagi warga dan pasukan keamanan. Abstract

The increasing integration of international financial markets has reshaped exchange rate dynamics and strengthened their linkage with global financial market movements. This study aims to comprehensively examine the relationship between international financial market integration and exchange rates through a literature-based approach. A semi-systematic literature review method is employed by analyzing five reputable scholarly journal articles relevant to the research topic. The synthesis of findings indicates that greater financial market integration heightens exchange rate sensitivity to external factors and positions exchange rates as a key component in the transmission mechanism of global financial shocks. Despite differences in research contexts and analytical approaches, the literature consistently highlights a strong and dynamic relationship between these two variables. This study contributes to a deeper conceptual understanding and structured mapping of the literature on the role of exchange rates within an increasingly integrated global financial system.
