This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence between digital capability, communication and employee engagement on employee performance at the Surabaya City Environmental PT, Gas Alam Sentosa. The type of research conducted in this study uses quantitative research. In this study, 50 respondents were used in the Office (Human Resources Development, Marketing, Finance, Tax and Accounting) section of the Surabaya PT Gas Alam Sentosa. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. By using the method of multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS 25.0 application Based on the results of this study, it shows that digital capability, communication and employee engagement simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office (Human Resources Development, Marketing, Finance, Tax and Accounting) section PT Gas Alam Sentosa of the City of Surabaya. The results of the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), show that the digital capability variable (X1), communication (X2) and employee engagement (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the Performance variable (Y) 68.5% while 31.5% is explained by other variables that do not. found in this study Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Digital Capability, Komunikasi dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden pada bagian Kantor (HRD, Marketing, Finance, Tax dan Accouting) PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Digital Capability, Komunikasi dan Employee Engagement secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian Kantor (HRD, Marketing, Finance, Tax dan Accouting) PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya. Hasil Uji Koefesien Determinasi (R2), menunjukan bahwa variabel Digital Capability (X1), Komunikasi (X2) dan Employee Engagement (X3) secara simultan mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 68,5% Sedangkan 31,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini.
