This study aims to analyze the Influence of Digital Capability, Burnout, and Resilience on Employee Performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a survey through a questionnaire to 50 employees as a research sample. The independent variables in this study include digital capability, burnout, and resilience, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between these variables. The results showed that Digital Capability had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.154 and a significant coefficient value of 0.036. Burnout had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.117 and a significant coefficient value of 0.040. And Resilience is also known to have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.963 and a significant coefficient value of 0.005. Simultaneously, digital capability, burnout, and resilience have a significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 20.361 and a significant coefficient value of 0.001. These findings provide important implications for the management of Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan to improve employee performance by strengthening digital capabilities, managing burnout, and developing employee resilience. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Digital Capability, Burnout, dan Resilience terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei melalui kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini meliputi digital capability, burnout, dan resilience, sedangkan kinerja karyawan merupakan variabel terikat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Capability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,154 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,036. Burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,117 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,040. Dan Resilience diketahui pula berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,963 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,005. Secara simultan kapabilitas digital, burnout, dan resiliensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F sebesar 20,361 dan nilai koefisien signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan kapabilitas digital, pengelolaan burnout, dan pengembangan resiliensi pegawai.
