Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsers, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products in Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this study were consumers who live in Yogyakarta and have purchased Azarine sunscreen with respondents aged 17 years and over. With purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 120. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) product quality has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The decision to visit attractions Taman Sari in Yogyakarta is influenced by several factors including price, location and tourist facilities. These three factors have an important role to improve the decision to visit. The problem of this research is the factors mentioned above partially. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of price, location and facilities against the decision to visit attractions Taman Sari in Yogyakarta. This research population is all visitors who have visited at least 1 time or more to attractions Taman Sari Yogyakarta. The sample is determined with a model of Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample size was determined according to hair et al to determine the number of samples by multiplying 5 times the number of question items, in this study there are 37 questions then obtained 185 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The test used is test validity, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas, multiple linear regression test, t Test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study stated that the price effect is positive and not significant to the decision to visit attractions Taman Sari in Yogyakarta, while the variable location and facilities have a positive and significant impact on the decision to visit attractions Taman Sari Yogyakarta. The value of the coefficient of determination of this research at 57.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetics in the city of Yogyakarta. The population of this study were Maybelline cosmetics users in the city of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. Sampling was carried out using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sampling was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has no influence on purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetics in the city of Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, product quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetics in the city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Online transactions are buying and selling through internet media, so buyers and sellers do not meet face to face. The easier it is to make transactions, it will also affect people’s views, this is inseparable from the many cases of online crimes such as credit card hackers, illegal transactions and fraud. This research seeks to find out the public’s view of online transactions, in terms of security, risk, and also the perception of product risk on online buying interest. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta to analyze the effect of security, convenience risk, and perceived product risk on online purchase intention on the Shopee buying and selling site. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions of this study are as follows: Security (X1) has no effect on online buying interest. Convenience risk (X2) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest. Perceived Product Risk (X3) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest.

Abstract

Good management must have a main goal in the field of Human Resources (HR) in managing members of the company›s organization. This means that organizational actors do not have the desire to leave the company. The desire of employees to move or leave the company is called turnover intention. Turnover intention can be a problem because it will increase the cost of recruitment, selection, and training as well as disrupt the work system in the company. The factors that cause turnover intention are organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, employee relations, work stress and work life balance. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, work stresS and job satisfaction on turnover intention in the millennial generation in Yogyakarta. The sample is 100 people who are millennial generation workers who have met the criteria aged 21 to 40 years, working at least six months in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by using non-prability sampling technique or using purposive sampling. With criteria aged 21 to 40 years, and have worked at least six months in Yogyakarta. Based on a multiple linear regression test and t test, it was found that work life balance has a negative and not significant effect, work stress has a positive and significant effect, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
