The purpose of this study is to determine how employee performance is impacted by knowledge management, skills, and work attitudes. With a sample size of 35, the study was conducted at PT Bagja Bagea Balarea Karawang. Since the sample was saturated, there were exactly as many samples as there were people in the population. Descriptive quantitative research methodology was employed, and SPSS version 30.0 was used for data analysis. According to the study's findings, skills have a partially non-significant impact on employee performance, however knowledge management and work attitudes have a considerable impact. Additionally, it is established from the F test results that knowledge management, skills, and work attitudes all significantly impact employee performance at the same time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management, skill, dan work attitude terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Bagja Bagea Balarea Karawang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak populasi yaitu 35 sampel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriftif kuantitatif dengan analisis terhadap data menggunakan SPSS versi 30.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah knowledge management dan work attitude secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan skill secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa knowledge management, skill, dan work attitude secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
