Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Control, Change Readiness and Information Systems on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Padang Panjang City Regional Development Planning Agency Office, under the guidance of Mr. Yamasitha, SE.MM and Ibuk Chintya Ones Charli, SE.MM. This study is a quantitative study. The method of data collection through questionnaires, with a sample of 33 respondents at the Padang Panjang City Regional Development Planning Agency Office. The analysis methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS) analysis, outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS 4.0 software program. The results of the study can be concluded that Self Control has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Change Readiness has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Information Systems have a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Self Control has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Change Readiness has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Information Systems have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Self Control has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable, Change Readiness has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable, Information Systems have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Padang Panjang City Regional Development Planning Agency Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of training and work facilities on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable in PT Semen Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0.The results of the study show that there is a positive and insignificant influence between work facilities on employee performance through work discipline at PT Semen Padang. There is a positive and significant influence between training and work discipline. There is a positive and significant influence between work facilities on work discipline at PT Semen Padang.There is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance at PT Semen Padang. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Semen Padang. Training has a positive effect and mediates work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and self control on cyberloafing through work motivation as an intervention variable at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is structural analysis Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0.The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between workload and cyberloafing at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. There is a positive and significant influence between workload and work motivation at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and cyberloafing at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. There is a negative and insignificant influence between self control and cyberloafing at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. There is a positive and significant influence between self control and work motivation at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency. There is a positive and significant influence between workload on cyberloafing through work motivation as an intervention variable at the Talang Community Health Center UPT, Solok Regency.
