Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan berbasis teknologi dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Di era digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi dalam manajemen pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan esensial untuk menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa institusi pendidikan yang telah menerapkan teknologi dalam proses manajemen dan pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi dalam manajemen pendidikan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari perencanaan kurikulum yang lebih terstruktur, monitoring hasil belajar yang lebih efektif, serta peningkatan interaksi antara guru dan siswa melalui platform digital. Namun, ditemukan pula beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya kompetensi digital di kalangan pendidik, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pihak manajemen sekolah dan pelatihan yang intensif bagi pendidik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan berbasis teknologi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur digital, pengembangan kompetensi teknologi bagi pendidik, dan penerapan sistem evaluasi yang adaptif. Dengan demikian, implementasi manajemen berbasis teknologi diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategies implemented by companies in increasing competitiveness in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. By using a qualitative approach through literature study or library research, this research utilizes various sources such as scientific journals, books, industry reports, and reliable articles. The results of the analysis show that e-commerce companies in Indonesia are facing increasingly fierce competition challenges due to rapid market growth and the development of digital technology. To survive and excel, companies need to implement management strategies that focus on innovation, human resource management, technology development, and customer experience optimization. Product and service innovation strategies are one of the important keys in attracting and retaining customers. In addition, effective logistics management and the application of data-driven technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics are supporting factors in improving operational efficiency. The research also finds the importance of strategic collaboration with business partners to create a competitive digital ecosystem. Based on these findings, the study recommends the application of adaptive and future-oriented approaches to ensure long-term competitiveness. This finding is expected to make a practical contribution to managers of e-commerce companies in Indonesia as well as an academic reference for further research.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas relevansi dan peran eksistensialisme dalam memahami dan merespons perubahan sosial di abad ke-21. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (library research), penelitian ini menelaah pemikiran filsuf-filsuf eksistensialis klasik seperti Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, dan Simone de Beauvoir, serta bagaimana gagasan-gagasan mereka dapat diterapkan dalam konteks dinamika sosial kontemporer. Abad ke-21 ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, globalisasi, krisis lingkungan, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan identitas individu dan kebebasan. Fenomena ini menimbulkan berbagai tantangan eksistensial, termasuk alienasi, kecemasan, dan pencarian makna hidup di tengah perubahan yang cepat dan tidak menentu. Eksistensialisme, dengan fokusnya pada kebebasan individu, autentisitas, dan tanggung jawab pribadi, menawarkan kerangka konseptual untuk memahami bagaimana individu dan masyarakat merespons ketidakpastian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip eksistensialisme tidak hanya relevan dalam ranah filosofis, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi praktis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, politik, dan budaya. Eksistensialisme mendorong individu untuk mengambil sikap proaktif dalam menentukan makna hidup mereka sendiri, sekaligus mengakui tanggung jawab sosial terhadap komunitas di sekitarnya. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa eksistensialisme tetap menjadi pendekatan yang signifikan dalam merespons perubahan sosial di era modern, dengan menekankan pentingnya kebebasan, autentisitas, dan keterlibatan sosial.

Abstract

The development of a competency-based curriculum is one of the important efforts in preparing students to face global challenges in the modern era. This article aims to examine the importance of curriculum development that prioritizes strengthening student competencies in order to respond to the dynamics of global change. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach to analyze various relevant reference sources related to competency-based curriculum development. Based on the results of the literature study, it was found that the competency-focused curriculum not only emphasizes academic knowledge, but also practical skills that can be applied in various global contexts, such as critical thinking skills, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of technology integration in learning and collaboration between countries in developing a curriculum that is relevant to global developments. The results of this study provide recommendations for the development of a curriculum that is more flexible, based on industry needs, and able to prepare students for the challenges of an increasingly competitive world of work. In conclusion, the development of a competency-based curriculum is a strategic step to ensure the readiness of future generations to face the ever-evolving global challenges.

Abstract

This article examines the role of human resource management (HR) in developing organizations that focus on innovation and creativity. In the midst of the challenges of the ever-changing business world, organizations are required to be able to adapt and produce creative solutions. For this reason, proper human resource management is very important to create an environment that supports innovation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through literature study or library research, with the aim of exploring how HR management can contribute to designing innovation-based organizational strategies. The findings of the study show that effective HR management includes the selection of employees who have creative potential, skill development through relevant training, and motivating rewards. In addition, visionary leadership and the ability to create an open and collaborative work culture also play an important role in encouraging the creation of innovative ideas. This study concludes that strategic and integrated HR management can be the main driver in creating highly competitive organizations through continuous innovation and creativity.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has driven a revolution in adaptive learning systems, playing a crucial role in human resource development (HRD). AI-based adaptive learning enables the personalization of learning methods according to individual needs, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in workforce skill development. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of AI-driven adaptive learning accelerates competency enhancement in human resources and its impact on economic competitiveness. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review and library research, this study explores various AI-based learning models applied in HRD, along with the challenges and opportunities in their implementation. The findings indicate that AI-driven adaptive learning not only improves training effectiveness but also creates a workforce that is more responsive to technological changes and industry demands. Furthermore, AI contributes to operational efficiency by reducing conventional training costs and increasing workforce productivity. However, challenges such as the digital divide, data security, and organizational readiness for AI adoption remain obstacles that need to be addressed. This study emphasizes that the adoption of AI-based adaptive learning must be supported by progressive education and labor policies to maximize its impact on a nation's economic competitiveness
