ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting yang harus dipahami dan diterapkan sejak dini, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan seperti SMK. Namun, pemahaman siswa terhadap K3 masih tergolong rendah sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan kerja saat praktik di sekolah maupun di dunia industri.Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa SMK Al Irsyad tentang pentingnya K3 melalui pelatihan risk assessment (penilaian risiko). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemberian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi penilaian risiko di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan dilakukan di SMK Al Irsyad pada tanggal 22 Maret 2025 dengan jumlah peserta 53 siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai risiko, serta menentukan langkah pengendalian yang tepat. Sebelum diberikan pelatihan sebanyak 81,1% memiliki pemahaman ckurang dan 18,9% memiliki pemahaman cukup. Setelah diberikan pelatihan terdapat 73,6% memiliki pemahaman cukup dan 26,4% memiliki pemahaman baik. Adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah diberikan pelatihan risk assessment.
