Abstract

Globalization and industrialization that link the ideas of capitalism are not under the ideology of Pancasila and Indonesia's national development is implemented based on economic democracy. The 1945 Constitution, Article 23A has established taxes as a source of funding for Indonesia's national development. The real threat of capitalism is environmental destruction and social inequality. This is necessary to counteract the negative effects of the influence of capitalism. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila ideology through the tax system to counteract the negative impact of the influence of capitalism. This research is legal and applies legal approaches and deductive analysis methods. The results showed that tax law contains legal certainty as a prevention of arbitrary practices and a form of democracy. The Tax Law contains benefits, by cooperating with every citizen to participate in the implementation of development through the payment of taxes. The Tax Law contains justice through the redistribution of income so that disadvantaged people can enjoy the same opportunities as those who are better able to achieve prosperity prospects.

Abstract

To open a mindset, form a strategy indoing entrepreneurship, have a sense and spirit ofindependence and cooperation for students andstudents, and provide material aboutentrepreneurship at Darul Muttaquien 1 IslamicBoarding School.This information is given tostudents and students at the Darull Mutaqien 1Islamic boarding school so that they can participatein creating entrepreneurial businesses and have achallenge in the world of work which is increasinglycompetitive and has high responsibility. In carryingout an entrepreneurial strategy that must be knownby students who want to start entrepreneurship, namely having a strategic location such as on the side of the road, close to a factory, and which mustbe developed to be successful as an entrepreneursuch as integrity, perseverance, self-confidence,responsibility. To become an entrepreneur or to start a business, one must be willing to take risks tocompete and spread the gospel of entrepreneurship in society.

Abstract

The activities of the Student Creativity Program (PKM) are carried out in the Darul Muttaqien 1 campsite to explore the interests and talents of the students. Through a profound understanding of their interests and talents, the hostel invites participants to develop their potential in finding creative ideas.This research uses qualitative methods with a normative legal research approach. Data is collected through interviews and surveys to identify interests and talents that can be developed in the business world, especially in the growing digital age.The results of the research showed the need to encourage the interests and talents of centers in starting and developing in the digital age. Centers face the challenge of continuing to learn and understand consumers as well as the current trends in the digital world.In the advanced digital age, leaders need to develop creative ideas to stay relevant and not be left behind by emerging trends. Following popular trends, understanding consumer behavior, and mastering digital marketing strategies are key to success in entrepreneurship in the digital age.In an effort to develop the talents and interests of the attendants, the Darul Muttaqien 1 training house is committed to providing the necessary support and training. Thus, leaders are expected to have a courageous and confident mind in developing their potential for success in entrepreneurship in the increasingly advanced digital age.
