<![CDATA[The success of maternal health efforts can be seen, among other things, from the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) indicator. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), MMR in low-income countries in 2020 was 430 per 100,000 live births. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, MMR in 2022 will be 183 per 100,000 live births. This figure is still far from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target set by the World Health Organization (WHO), namely 70 per 100,000 live births. There were 741 cases of bleeding, 232 cases of heart disease, and 1,504 cases of other causes (Ministry of Health, 2022). The aim of the case study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women for Mrs. A in the Balikpapan City Community Health Center Work Area. The method used was a case study approach to midwifery care, namely SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Analysis and Management) for Mrs. A G4P3A0 from pregnant women to family planning services, most of the care has been provided in accordance with midwifery care standards. Abstrak Keberhasilan upaya kesehatan ibu, diantaranya dapat dilihat dari indikator Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO), AKI di negara-negara bependapatan rendah pada tahun 2020 adalah 430 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Menurut data Kementerian Kesehatan RI, AKI pada tahun 2022 adalah 183 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Angka ini masih jauh dari target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang ditetapkan oleh World Health Organizations (WHO) yaitu 70 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Kasus perdarahan sebanyak 741 kasus, jantung sebanyak 232 kasus, dan penyebab lain lain sebanyak 1.504 kasus (Kemenkes , 2022). Tujuan dari Studi kasus untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, BBL, nenonatus dan KB pada Ny.A di Wilayah Kerja Pusksmas Kota Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus asuhan kebidanan yaitu SOAP (Subjektif, Objektif, Analisa dan Penatalaksanaan) pada Ny.A pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2024 – 06 November 2024. Hasil Asuhan yang dilakukan pada Ny. A G4P3A0 dari ibu hamil sampai pelayanan keluarga berencana sebagian besar asuhan telah di berikan sesuai dengan standar asuhan kebidanan. ]]>
