This research is motivated by the existence of several female students who are lacking in the implementation of the 11 Student Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine how the Implementation, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors of the 11 Student Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung. After the data is collected, the data will be tested for validity using the data triangulation technique, in this case the author uses the source triangulation technique, after that the data analysis technique will be carried out using 3 stages, namely data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research is a Qualitative Research, the type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects of 1 caregiver, 1 female village head, 1 administrator and 2 female students. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of 11 Santri Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Santri is by getting used to applying them in everyday life, so that the implementation will run according to the habits that are carried out, for example, students are used to being patient living in Islamic boarding schools, including: students must be patient queuing, patient eating as needed. Supporting factors for the implementation of 11 santri mottos are a conducive Islamic boarding school situation, improving the quality of students in terms of morality and intellectuality, improving students from their daily behavior and attitudes in the Islamic boarding school environment and outside the Islamic boarding school later. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of self-awareness of students to apply it, and too much laziness in students, as well as the influence of friends.
