Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of agribusiness livestock feed sheep by fermentation, in terms of profit analysis, O / I ratio and the R / C ratio. The study was conducted at Sunan Kalijaga, Jomblangan village, Wonocatur, Bantul. The study was conducted in May 2011. From the analysis of business profits earned Rp. 63,969,500, for the scale 250 tail, or obtained a profit of Rp 63,969,500, for the scale 250 tail, or in obtaining the advantages / tail Rp 255,878. O / I ratio of 1.29% and 29.9% ROI, so that the results of this analysis concluded that the agribusiness of sheep fattening cattle with feed frermentasi worthy enterprises.

Abstract

Abstract The research aimed to test the effectiveness and impact of the model to the advocacy result: the farmer's ability of self-reflecting and self-empowering, seeking the correlation between both the aforementioned and describing the farmer's attitude after the program. the type of reseach was quasiexperiment. The farmers were given the "among" model, and the experiment design was Pretest-Postest Control group Design, implemented on q control group of 25 people. The result showed that the model was effective in improving the farmer's empoweredness; had impact on their ability to self-reflect; the self-reJlecting and self-empowering variables intercorrelated. The researchers concluded that the model had not been implemented to the maximum and still required further socialization.

Abstract

The effort to improve soybean farm business is related to the increase and the decrease of production due to changes in the usage of production factors. This research was conducted to study why soybean farm business is becoming less popular among farmers, from the economics of production point of view. The research was performed in Playen, Gunung Kidul District, to determine the efficiency of production factors usage, in terms to price. Tb retrieve sample at the sub-District level, villages were selected through Purposive Sampling Method, while 30 samples of farmer were selected randomly. For data analysis, the research used the Efficiency test of price, which is the comparison of MPV and marginal input cost or input price. The result was as follows: seed usage of t count 320.401 > t table 2.432; urea usage of count 69.291, t table 2.432; TSP fertilizer usage of t count 1140.281 > t table 2.432; KCL fertilizer usage of t count 666.949 > t table 2.432; Manure usage of t count 214.473 > t table 2.432; Pesticide usage of t count 1072.317> ttable2.432; Man power usage of t count 15.543> t table 2.43I. As the result show t count > t table 2.432 for all point, meaning the conclusion of this study is the usage of seed, urea, TSP, KCl, manure, pesticide and manpower were still below efficient.
