<![CDATA[Tantangan abad 21 saat ini adalah menghasilkan individu yang dapat bersaing secara global. Setiap individu dituntut untuk menguasai suatu kompetensi terutama seorang siswa. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis dan berjiwa kompetitif. Paper pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyosialisasikan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berjiwa kompetitif peserta didik di MA Al Ikhlas Berbah melalui masa orientasi siswa. Peserta yang dilibatkan sejumlah 25 siswa yang terdiri dari 15 siswa baru, OSIS, guru pendamping dan kepala sekolah. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa dua penilaian secara deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah peserta didik mendapatkan pemahaman terkait keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berjiwa kompetitif. Secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi sosialisasi menunjukkan pada kategori baik. Setelah peserta didik mengikuti sosialisasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terkait keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berjiwa kompetitif. Abstract The challenge of the 21st century today is to produce individuals who can compete globally. Each individual is required to master a competency, especially a student. One of the competencies that must be possessed by students is the ability to think critically and have a competitive spirit. This community service paper aims to socialize the critical thinking skills and competitive spirit of students at MA Al Ikhlas Berbah through the student orientation period. The participants involved were 25 students consisting of 15 new students, student councils, accompanying teachers and school principals. The results of community service are in the form of two descriptive assessments. The result of service activities is that students gain an understanding of critical thinking skills and have a competitive spirit. Overall the results of the evaluation of socialization showed in the good category. After students take part in the socialization, it is hoped that they can increase their understanding of critical thinking skills and have a competitive spirit.]]>
