Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin on stock prices using a panel data regression approach. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of corporate financial statements and stock prices over a specific observation period. The analytical method employed is panel data regression with the Random Effect model, which was selected based on the results of the model selection tests. The results indicate that, partially, the Current Ratio has no effect on stock prices, while the Net Profit Margin has an effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin jointly influence stock prices. The findings also show that the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables are able to explain 48.99% of the variation in stock prices, while the remaining 51.01% is influenced by other factors outside the variables examined. Therefore, this study is expected to serve as a reference for investors and company management in making investment decisions and evaluating corporate financial performance in the future.

Abstract

The importance of stock investment in supporting the country's economic growth lies in its role in driving the development of the capital market, which provides funding for companies, enabling them to grow and expand their businesses. The banking sector, as a financial institution, plays a crucial role in maintaining national economic stability by contributing to the increase in capital formation, which is essential for economic development. Therefore, the capital market and the banking sector are closely interconnected in maintaining economic stability. One of the key elements of fundamental analysis is profitability ratios, including ROA and ROE. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the correlation between ROA and ROE with stock prices. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data derived from the financial statements of banking companies from 2021 to 2025. The findings show that ROA and ROE have a positive influence on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that the banking sector demonstrates strong company performance, as the management of assets and equity—reflected in ROA and ROE—has been carried out optimally, thereby positively affecting stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan lindung nilai menggunakan kontrak forward dalam meminimalkan risiko eksposur transaksi pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk berdasarkan laporan keuangan Kuartal III tahun 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui perhitungan forward rate, premi atau diskon, serta perbandingan nilai pembayaran menggunakan dan tanpa hedging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrak forward yang dilakukan perusahaan menghasilkan forward premi dan memberikan manfaat finansial berupa penghematan pembayaran dibandingkan tanpa lindung nilai

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business feasibility of Banana Nugget micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the East Bandung area. The Banana Nugget business is a business that offers innovative food products made from bananas with a variety of flavors. The method used in this research is feasibility analysis which includes market study, technical analysis, financial analysis and managerial analysis. The research results show that the market for this product has good potential, with quite high demand, especially among young people and families. From a technical perspective, this business has a strategic location and an efficient production process
