Abstract

Sistem informasi jual beli buah sawit di unit usaha seperti peron dan ram berlokasi di Desa Ridan Permai. Kebanyakan peron dan ram masih melakukan pengelolaan secara manual menggunakan buku sebagai media penyimpanan data. Proses yang secara manual ini terbilang tidak efektif dan efisien dikarenakan data rentan hilang, salah input dan sebagainya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode pengembangan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model spiral. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah portal sistem informasi E-Peron yang dibangun menggunakan PHP dan Framework Laravel, dirancang menggunakan UML dan diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Information system for buying and selling palm oil fruit in business units such as peron and ram located in Ridan Permai Village. Most peron and ram are still managed manually using books as data storage media. This manual process is considered ineffective and inefficient because data is vulnerable to loss, incorrect input and so on. The method used in system development is the SDLC development method (System Development Life Cycle) spiral model. The result of this research are an E-Peron information system built using PHP and Framework Laravel, designed using UML and tested using Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

As one of the plantation products in Kampar District, rubber production experienced a decrease of 13,579 tons from 2021 to 2022. Rubber tree sap or latex is a rubber raw material that is used to make various types of necessities such as: vehicle tires, fasteners, and so on. Rubber latex production is spread across several areas in Riau Province, one of which is Kampar Regency. In Kampar, the process of selling rubber latex is still done manually. Many collectors in Kampar Regency still use a book recording system, making it difficult to convey information. This becomes an obstacle for collectors where they will have difficulty estimating/recording the amount of sap/transactions. The aim of this research is to have a data collection information system for collectors to manage their businesses and customers and to make it easy for farmers to find out updates on rubber latex prices from collectors. In this research, the waterfall model SDLC development method was used. The system design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the process and is implemented using the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework and MySQL database. The result is an information system to manage data for collectors in Kampar District.

Abstract

Attendance systems are crucial in monitoring employee presence within governmental organizations, and attendance is one of the key aspects of performance evaluation in the government sector. The attendance system has evolved over time to find the most efficient and convenient method for the Binamang Village Office. Currently, the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, located in XIII Koto Kampar District, still uses a manual method, where employees sign their names on attendance sheets provided at the village office. Given the advancements and use of technology, particularly information technology, the presence of gadgets such as smartphones and communication networks (internet) enables the use of digital/electronic attendance (e-attendance) to facilitate activities and work scope for employees, making supervision more practical and efficient. The purpose of this study is to design technological tools that support a digital/electronic attendance system (e-attendance) using Quick Response Code (QR Code). With the development of the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, a system analysis is required. This research employs the waterfall development method, and the analysis is conducted using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). The results of the analysis using the PIECES method will be elaborated into a system design for processes, databases, and interfaces.

Abstract

Kampar Regency is one of the regencies or cities with the lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Factors that influence the low level of exclusive breastfeeding include the mother's physical condition, the mother's limited knowledge and the baby's physical limitations. The limited number of experts causes some breastfeeding mothers to have difficulty in determining the nutrition consumed to increase breast milk. To overcome this, a computerized system is needed with the knowledge and expertise of an expert, namely an expert system. Expert systems are able to provide specific knowledge and information, and can be used to provide advice and decisions on problems that occur. This expert system is website-based, explained using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework and MySQL database with a waterfall model development method that produces structured and clear stages. The results of this expert system are recommendations for nutritional needs for breastfeeding mothers based on the mother's diagnosis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang efisien dalam pengelolaan data anggota gym, terutama di MB Gym Tapak Lapan,yang selama ini masih menggunakan metode konvensional berupa pencatatan manual. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional gym. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah PIECES, yang membantu dalam mengident ifikasi kelemahan sistem lama dan memberikan solusi melalui system baru. Hasil wawancara dengan pemilik gym menunjukkan adanya berbagai masalah dalam pengelolaan data member, seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan kesulitan dalam menemukan informasi.Sistem informasi yang dirancang diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kelemahan tersebut dengan menyediakan plat form yang lebih terintegrasi dan akurat. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan MB Gym Tapak Lapan dapat mencapai tujuan manajerial yang lebih baik serta meningkatkan kepuasan member. Penelitian ini juga memberikan manfaat akademis dan praktis bagi pengembangansistem informasi di bidang kebugaran.

Abstract

The web-based church information system in Salo and Bangkinang Kota Districts, Kampar Regency, is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in disseminating information and managing church data. Churches in this region still use manual methods to share worship schedules and activities, which creates challenges for congregants and visitors in accessing essential information. This study aims to analyze, design, and develop a web-based church information system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The research employs the Prototype method, with system testing conducted using Black Box Testing. The system is developed using the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. The findings indicate that the system successfully provides real-time worship information and simplifies church data management, including congregation numbers, vision and mission, and church history. The system fulfills functional requirements with a 100% success rate. This system enhances communication, data management, and church services, making worship schedules and church activities more easily accessible to congregants, the local community, and newcomers. Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, aplikasi website telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untukmeningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan pengolahan data di berbagai instansi,termasuk dalam pengelolaan administrasi kerja praktik mahasiswa di FakultasTeknik Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis relevansi vystem administrasi kerja praktik yang telah dibangunsebelumnya serta mengembangkan vystem tersebut agar lebih sesuai denganprosedur dan panduan yang digunakan di Fakultas Teknik. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah metode prototype, yang melibatkan tahapan komunikasi,perencanaan cepat, pembuatan prototype, serta penerapan dan pengujian. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan vystem administrasi berbasiswebsite ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan kerja praktik,mempermudah akses informasi, dan mempercepat proses administrasi bagimahasiswa, dosen pembimbing, dan pihak terkait lainnya di Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai.

Abstract

Pratama UP Clinic is a health service institution that provides services based on promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative implementation. Services are also provided in the form of outpatient, inpatient, 1-day service and home care. This study aims to develop a web-based health service information system at the Pratama Universitas Pahlawan Clinic. The manual system used previously was considered less efficient in managing patient data, medical records, pharmacists, and cashiers. Likewise, the initial development system that has been designed is still less efficient, such as in medical records that are not in accordance with the Pratama UP Clinic, then there are deficiencies in the poly field, and there is service data in the system that is inaccurate or contains service prices in the system. Therefore, a new, more complex system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. This system includes various features such as Emergency Unit Poly (UGD), Baby SPA, medical records, drug management by pharmacists, and payment by cashiers. The development of this web-based system uses the Prototype method, which allows for repeated evaluation and improvement until the system meets user needs. This system testing uses the Black Box Testing method which shows that all features on the system function or run properly. Abstract

Penumpukan sampah yang tidak terkontrol menjadi permasalahan utama di lingkungan kampus Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem Smart Trash Can berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memonitor volume sampah secara otomatis dan mengirim notifikasi melalui aplikasi Telegram. Sistem ini menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengontrol utama, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mengukur volume sampah, motor servo untuk membuka dan menutup tutup tempat sampah, serta buzzer sebagai peringatan ketika kapasitas penuh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja secara optimal dengan mengirimkan notifikasi saat sampah mencapai kapasitas 20%, 60%, dan 100%. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah di lingkungan kampus.
