Abstract

Dairy farming is a potential business opportunity for PT XYZ Subang, which faces challenges in inbound logistics, such as high transportation costs, low food production, and low transportation quality. The SCOR method was used to identify the logistics processes, while AHP was applied to determine the priority of metrics. DEA was used to measure inbound logistics efficiency, assuming constant return to scale (CRS). The study aims to analyze the inbound logistics process by identifying quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost attributes. It also focuses on prioritizing each performance metric to achieve more efficient results. The results show that quality (37.8%) and productivity (23%) have a significant impact on achieving company goals, while inventory days of supply and quality of goods also have a significant impact. Despite cost and delivery time being important, these factors do not make them the top priority. The study shows that operational efficiency is low at 100% for several months in 2023, with a significant increase in February, April, Mei, Juni, November, and December for each KUD. These findings emphasize the need for more focused strategies in supply and transportation management to ensure PT XYZ Subang’s logistics performance reaches its full potential.
