Abstract

Indonesia is facing an increase in the burden of non-communicable diseases. The increase in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is closely related to lifestyle patterns, such as smoking habits, lack of physical activity, and low consumption of fruits and vegetables. The non-communicable diseases that need to be prevented are diabetes mellitus, gout, and cholesterol. Routine health check-ups following the CERDIK behavior are very important for early detection of disease symptoms and simultaneously reducing treatment costs. The purpose of this research is to identify NCDs through the blood sugar levels, uric acid, and cholesterol of the community. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population is all residents in the Research area. The sample used in this study was taken using a predetermined purposive sampling technique, amounting to 83 people with specified inclusion criteria. The research results found that the blood sugar level 2 hours after eating was in the normal category for 75 people (90.4%), prediabetes for 6 people (7.2%), and diabetes for 2 people (2.4%). The normal range of uric acid levels for men is mostly 29 people (34.9%), with the abnormal category being ? 7mg/dL for 15 people (18.1%). For women, the normal range is 30 people (36.1%), with the abnormal category being (? 6 mg/dL) for 10.8%. Cholesterol in the blood is mostly within the normal range of ? 200 mg/dL, with 57 people (68.7%) in the normal category and 26 people (31.3%) in the moderate category. It is recommended for the public to regularly undergo independent laboratory tests or visit the nearest healthcare facility, pay attention to a healthy lifestyle, such as consuming nutritious food and exercising regularly.

Abstract

Every individual, regardless of social status or economic ability, has the same right to receive quality healthcare services. The objective of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction with doctor services in healthcare facilities within the BPJS health insurance system. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The research was conducted by the researcher at all Puskesmas in Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The sample in this study consisted of 120 respondents. The research results show that the quality of doctor services has an impact on the satisfaction level of BPJS users. This means that the more positive the patients' perception of the quality of doctor services, the more their satisfaction tends to increase. However, the quality of doctor services does not have a significant impact on the BPJS implementation system, so changes in patients' perceptions of doctor quality do not affect the system. On the other hand, the BPJS implementation system has been proven to affect patient satisfaction; the better the patients' view of the BPJS implementation system, the higher their satisfaction level will be. The quality of doctor services and the implementation system of BPJS both influence patient satisfaction, but the quality of doctor services does not affect the BPJS implementation system.

Abstract

In order to improve public health, the government is organizing a Free Health Check Program as part of its preventive and promotive health services. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of reporting the Satu Sehat Indonesiaku (SSI) application's free health check program to support the optimization of program record-keeping and reporting. Qualitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population is all the officers in the research area. The samples used were taken using the purposive sampling technique, which involved 4 informants with predetermined inclusion criteria. The research results indicate that the implementation of the Satu Sehat Indonesiaku (SSI) application at the Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Community Health Center is running well and contributes positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of recording and reporting free health check-up activities (CKG). The SSI application simplifies data processing, reduces input errors, and supports integrated and timely reporting. Most officers have a positive perception of using the SSI application. However, limitations in internet connectivity, differences in staff technical skills, and the need to improve the application's interface for better user-friendliness were still encountered. It is recommended to enhance staff capacity thru training and technical assistance, along with strengthening internet connectivity and refining the features of the Satu Sehat Indonesiaku (SSI) application. Additionally, regular monitoring and evaluation are needed to maintain the effectiveness of reporting.
