Abstract

Basic education plays a crucial role in shaping a competent generation ready to compete in the global era. However, the quality of basic education in Indonesia still faces challenges, particularly in students' literacy and numeracy skills. The Kampus Mengajar Program, as part of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, aims to address these issues by involving university students as teaching partners in elementary schools, especially in remote areas. This program contributes to improving elementary students' literacy and numeracy skills. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through literature reviews and documentation related to the program's implementation at the University of Mataram. The findings indicate that the Kampus Mengajar Program has successfully increased literacy skills by 35% and numeracy skills by 33%. Additionally, the integration of technology in learning further enhances the program’s effectiveness, aligning it with modern educational developments. It is hoped that this success can serve as a reference for policymakers to expand and optimize the Kampus Mengajar Program across Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Loan on Return On Asset in PT. Bank Bumi Arta, Tbk. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, determination coefficient (R2), correlation coefficient (r), t-test, and F test. The results of this study show the regression equation Y = 0.975 + 0.006X1 - 0.236X2, determination coefficient, (R2) = 99.5% and correlation coefficient (R) = 0.997. Simultaneously, the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Loan have a significant effect on Return On Asset. Partially Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on the Return On Asset, Non-Performing Loans has a negative and significant effect on Return On Aset at PT. Bank Bumi Arta Tbk . Abstract

Anxiety among pregnant women approaching labor can lead to prolonged delivery, complications, and increased risk of maternal and fetal mortality. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anxiety disorders contributed to approximately 15% of global morbidity rates in 2022. One of the non-pharmacological interventions to reduce anxiety is pregnancy massage. This study aimed to determine the effect of pregnancy massage on the level of anxiety among third-trimester pregnant women facing childbirth in Indonesia. This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study involved 180 third-trimester pregnant women selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test after confirming data normality. Before receiving pregnancy massage, most respondents (78.3%) experienced moderate anxiety with an average score of 24.67. After the intervention, 91.7% of respondents showed mild anxiety with a decreased average score of 18.65. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest anxiety levels (p = 0.000), indicating that pregnancy massage effectively reduces anxiety in pregnant women facing labor. These findings support the use of non-pharmacological interventions to promote maternal mental well-being during the perinatal period. Pregnancy massage has a significant effect in reducing anxiety levels among third-trimester pregnant women facing childbirth.
