This study aims to determine the effect of implementing knowledge sharing mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of Paragon Internship Program (PIP) interns. This research uses explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the variables studied through hypothesis testing. This study took a sample size of 65 people from a total of 182 population of batch 4 Paragon Internship Program (PIP) interns. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) test tool with SmartPLS version 4.0 software through the stages of outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on intern performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant effect on intern performance. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect in mediating the influence of knowledge sharing on intern performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan knowledge sharing yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja intern Paragon Internship Program (PIP). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini mengambil jumlah sampel sebesar 65 orang dari total 182 orang populasi intern Paragon Internship Program (PIP) batch 4. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0 dengan tahapan analisis model pengukuran (Outer Model), analisis model struktural (Inner Model), dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja intern. Knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja intern. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja intern.
