Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between soil water content and agricultural production in dry land. The study was conducted in [specify location] during the planting season of [specify year] involving [specify number of] farmers who planted various types of crops, including corn, rice and soybeans. Soil water content data is measured using a tensiometer, while crop yields are recorded at the end of the season. The analysis results show that there is a significant positive relationship between soil water content and crop yields (r = [specify correlation coefficient], p < 0.01). Corn plants show the highest yields compared to other crops. This research underscores the importance of efficient water management to increase agricultural productivity in drylands and recommends the use of modern irrigation techniques and drought-resistant crop varieties as effective management strategies.

Abstract

The use of differential equations in plant growth is an effective mathematical approach to describe and model the dynamics of plant growth. Differential equations are used to depict changes in plant size and biomass over time, considering factors such as water availability, light, temperature, and nutrients. These models help in predicting agricultural yields, gaining deeper insights into plant physiological processes, and optimizing cultivation practices. By utilizing differential equations, researchers can develop more accurate plant growth models, which are useful in natural resource management and increasing agricultural productivity

Abstract

Seed soaking is one of the pre-planting treatments aimed at improving germination rate and accelerating plant growth. This study aims to evaluate the effect of soaking duration on the germination process of corn (Zea mays) seeds. The method used in this research was a completely randomized design (CRD) with four soaking duration treatments: 0 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours, each repeated three times. The observed parameters included germination rate, growth speed, and seedling length. The results of this study indicated that soaking duration had a significant effect on the germination rate and early growth of corn seeds. The 12-hour soaking treatment produced the most optimal results, with the highest germination rate and the best seedling growth.
