Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam organisasi mengelola aspek manusia melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian untuk mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Biro Umum Kemenko PMK RI. Pada Kemenko PMK, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berperan penting dalam kinerja pegawai. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan sampel 60 orang karyawan Kemenko PMK RI. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Motivasi kerja (X1) memperoleh nilai T hitung 0.686 < T tabel 2.003 dan nilai sig. 0.495. Secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan maka H0 ditolak, Disiplin Kerja (x2) memperoleh memiliki nilai T hitung 4.981> T tabel 2.003 dan nilai sig. 0.000. Sehingga secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan maka H0 diterima. Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja memperoleh nilai F hitung 46.835 > F tabel 2.77 dan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05. sehingga dapat dikatakan Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terdapat pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the General Bureau of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. At the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, motivation and work discipline play an important role in employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis techniques using a sample of 60 employees of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this research state that work motivation (X1) obtained a calculated T value of 0.686 < T table 2.003 and a sig. 0.495. Partially, it does not have a significant influence on employee performance, so H0 is rejected, Work Discipline (x2) has a calculated T value of 4,981> T table 2,003 and a sig value. 0,000. So that partially it has a significant influence on employee performance, so H0 is accepted. Work Motivation and Discipline obtained a calculated F value of 46,835 > F table 2.77 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be said that Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a simultaneous Positive and Significant influence on Employee Performance (Y).
