Abstract

The study analyzed external factors of employees in improving their performance. Study on employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMG) of Pidie Jaya district. External factors, limited to excess work mutation, workload and interpersonal conflict that occurs in the DPMG Pidie Jaya environment. With a quantitative associative method and research objects of 42 employees. The results found that: (1) Increased employee performance has a positive effect from the implementation of employee work mutations. (2) The effect of workload has a positive impact on employee performance, (3) Interpersonal conflict also has a negative effect on employee performance. 4) Simultaneously, work mutation, workload and interpersonal conflict contribute to changes in employee performance by 52,6%.

Abstract

Abstract

Citra photo (photographyc image) adalah hasil dan rekaman objek yang berfungsidalam bentuk sensor kamera. gambaryang akan dideteksi adalah gambar manusia. Dideteksinya wajah didalam gambar atau cita photo adalah dengan mengimplementasikanya gambar pada wajah (face recognition), yang digunakan dalam pengolahan citra digital. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi dari metode yang digunakan, maka dapat dikombinasikan dengan algoritma viola jones sehingga proses pengenalan wajah hanya terhadap daerah wajah saja. gambar integral yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan serta mengetahui hasil akurasi dalam mendeteksi wajah seseorang, untuk akurasinya ada sebesar 80,8% untuk gambar wajah dan 55,5% untuk gambar bukan wajah. Ada tiga proses dalam mendeteksi wajah. Pertama “Gambar Integral” yangmengimplementasikan serta mengetahui hasil akurasi dalam mendeteksi wajah seseorang. Kedua adalah cascade-classifier yang dibangun dalam algoritma viola jones dalam memilih jumlah wajah yang ingin diteteksi. dan ketiga metode yang akan digunakan untuk menggabungkan ke dalam cascade-classifier dalam mendeteksilokasi keberadaan wajah dalam citra.
