Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding and training in using the SPSS application in statistical data processing. This activity was attended by 12 students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Surabaya on November 14, 2024 through the Google Meet application. The mentoring activity was carried out through stages, preliminary stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the mentoring were obtained by participants being able to understand and practice the application in statistical data processing activities. Participants were also able to prepare the application starting from installation to use.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is basically a form of buying and selling with a profit margin system. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract at KJKS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java. Qualitative research methods were carried out by surveys, interviews and documentation. The results of the murabahah financing study carried out by KJKS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java are buying and selling financing with goods traded in the form of gold.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of leadership on employee work productivity at the fertilizer company Galatta Lestarindo. The collection method is through interviews and submission of questions by means of a questionnaire involving 25 respondents. Analysis tools in the form of correlation and regression as well as data processing with SPSS software. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.714, an R Square value of 0.510 meaning that 51% of changes that occur in productivity can be explained by leadership. Correlation value of 0.714 has a positive and significant relationship between leadership and employee work productivity at the fertilizer company Galatta Lestarindo

Abstract

This study aims to describe how sharia contracts such as rahn and ijarah contracts are applied in pawnshops, while understanding the important role of sharia pawnshop institutions. Using a qualitative approach and literature review methods, this study explores the sharia principles applied in pawnshops. Data were obtained from various primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, fatwas from scholars, and several articles in journals. The findings indicate that sharia pawnshops emphasize the principles of justice and mutual assistance, which is different from the conventional approach that uses interest as its basis. Sharia pawnshops offer an interest-free loan scheme that focuses on the maintenance costs of collateral. They reject the practices of usury, speculation, and uncertainty. This study suggests improving community welfare by optimizing the operations of sharia pawnshops through sharia-based financing services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ijarah contract in the working system of digital platforms from a contemporary Islamic jurisprudence perspective. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach that examines classical sources, contemporary fatwas, and modern research related to the digital economy. The results show that digital platforms such as Gojek still fulfill the main elements of the ijarah contract, namely clarity of benefits (manfa'ah), clarity of ujrah, and clarity of implementation time that are clearly displayed in the application. The click mechanism in the application is considered a valid form of digital ijab and qabul as long as it demonstrates the willingness of both parties. In addition, an automatic, algorithm-based tariff calculation system can increase transparency, although dynamic tariff changes have the potential to create elements of gharar if not clearly regulated. The division of commissions between the platform and the worker partner based on a certain percentage is also acceptable in contemporary Islamic jurisprudence as long as it is agreed upon from the start and does not harm either party
