Abstract

This study aims to find the Supervision Model Based on Primary Teacher Professional Competence which effective on integrated learning. This study use research and development with qualitative approach which will be carried out in the Palmerah, West Jakarta. The techniques used to collect data are interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data v alidity is tested with credibility, transferability, dependability, and comfortability. The model developed will be validated using the Delphi technique. The result of this research is the discovery of the model and device-based supervision model of professional competence of primary teachers in integrated learning. The long-term goal of this research is to improve the teachers’ competence and the supervision quality for primary teachers in integrated learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor dominan dalam Servant Leadership yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dasar swasta di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode applied research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert (1-4) yang disebarkan kepada 30 kepala sekolah. Analisis faktor dilakukan menggunakan uji KMO MSA dan Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Altruistic Calling merupakan faktor dominan dengan kontribusi terbesar (90,9%), diikuti oleh Vision (89,3%), Humility (87,8%), dan Wisdom (86,7%). Sebaliknya, Emotional Healing memiliki kontribusi terendah (54,6%), menunjukkan bahwa aspek Emotional Healing belum menjadi prioritas utama dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepala sekolah yang menerapkan Servant Leadership cenderung memiliki panggilan moral yang kuat, visi jangka panjang, dan kebijaksanaan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sekolah dan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of using the supervision model based on thematic learning in 2013 curriculum. The study used qualitative approach and the data were taken from several public elementary schools in Palmerah, West Jakarta. The techniques used to collect the data were interview, questionnaire and documentation. Data validity were tested with credibility, transferability, dependability, and comfortability. The model developed was validated using the Delphi technique. The result of this research was the discovery of the model and device- based supervision model of professional competence of primary teachers in integrated learning. The long-term goal of this research is to improve the teachers’ competence and the supervision quality for primary teachers in integrated learning

Abstract

Digital transformation has become essential for organizations seeking to stay competitive in an increasingly technology-driven world. As organizations strive to implement new technologies and business models, effective leadership plays a critical role in ensuring the success of these initiatives. This study explores the role of transformational leadership in driving digital transformation, focusing on how transformational leaders influence the adoption of digital technologies and the organizational changes required for successful transformation. The objective of this research is to examine the impact of transformational leadership on digital transformation outcomes, such as employee engagement, technology adoption, and operational efficiency. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with 200 employees and managers from various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, and finance. The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between transformational leadership and the success of digital transformation, with transformational leaders fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, and adaptability. Employees working under transformational leaders reported higher levels of motivation and willingness to embrace digital tools, leading to improved organizational performance. The study concludes that transformational leadership is crucial for driving digital transformation, and organizations should prioritize developing transformational leaders to navigate the challenges of digital change successfully.
