ABSTRAK Status gizi adalah keadaan yang menunjukkan keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dengan kebutuhan gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Seseorang yang mengalami stres dapat mengubah perilaku makan yang disebabkan mengkonsumsi makanan dalam jumlah besar dan tidak dapat dikendalikan. untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dan kualitas konsumsi pangan dengan status gizi pekerja dipabrik kertas karawang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain cross sectional. Perhitungan jumlah sampel mengunakan Teknik random simple sampling, didapatkan sebayak 90 responden. Analasis penelitian menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Analisis menggunakan uji rank Spearman diperoleh Tingkat stres dengan status gizi (p-value = 0,648 dan r = 0,049), kualitas konsumsi pangan dengan status gizi (p-value = 0,661 dan r = 0,047) sangat lemah antara kualitas konsumsi pangan dengan status gizi. Tidak terdapat hubungan Tingkat stres dan kulitas konsum pangan dengan status gizi pekerja PT Pabrik Kertas di Karwang. A person who experiences stress can change eating behavior caused by consuming large amounts of food and cannot be controlled. To determine the relationship between stress levels and food consumption quality with the nutritional status of workers in the Karawang paper factory. The research design used is a cross-sectional design. The calculation of the number of samples using the simple random sampling technique, obtained as many as 90 respondents. Analysis using the Spearman rank test obtained the level of stress with nutritional status (p-value = 0.648 and r = 0.049), the quality of food consumption with nutritional status (p-value = 0.661 and r = 0.047) is very weak between the quality of food consumption with nutritional status.
