Standard self-report questionnaires were used to collect data. Sample of the present study comprised (N = 200). Psychometric properties of variables, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, and linear regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The hypotheses are fully accepted. SOC positively predicts well-being, happiness, and life satisfaction, while a SOC negatively predicts stress. A purposive sampling technique was used, thus the study was quantitative. The current investigation is an important expansion in writing on the hypothesis of the feeling of intelligibility. The present study contributes to the theory by suggesting the path to well-being, stress, happiness, and life satisfaction. The present study identified that the SOC positively predicts well-being, happiness, and life satisfaction. The research findings are helpful for the well-being, happiness, and life satisfaction of life for the betterment of a SOC. Prior research was conducted on the SOC and mental health outcome in subcultures of Pakistan', but this study used a sample of different peoples to cope with their difficulties. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between Depression, Stress and Anxiety with Mental Health among Teachers. Depression, Stress, Anxiety Scale (21 item) was used to collect the information from the participants developed by Lovibond and Lovibond (1995), Secondly, Mental Health Index Scale was used to study mental health of teacher developed by Veit and Ware (1983). Sample was comprised of 200 participants from different schools, colleges (government, private) and University of Haripur. Data was collected through convenience sampling technique with door to door survey and hypotheses were analyzed by using t test, descriptive statics, and Pearson correlation. Hypothesis of this study were supported. According to the current study, mental health and its sub-dimensions such as life satisfaction, psychological wellbeing was negatively correlated with depression, anxiety and stress. Likewise mental health and its sub dimensions such as loss of behavior and psychological distress were positively related with stress. Female instructors were more likely than male teachers to feel depression anxiety and stress which turnout to have negative impact on their mental health. The current study aimed to see if teachers' greater rates of depression, anxiety, and stress are linked to reports of mental health. The current study's findings may help psychologists and administrators better understand the requirements of the teacher population by identifying the levels and impacts of depression, anxiety, and stress on teachers. Possible interventions and policy changes may, in turn, reduce teacher burnout and increase teacher mental health status as well as improvements of students’ performance.

Abstract

People of all sexes and age groups can find entertainment in playing online games. They play video games for entertainment, but too much gaming can result in addiction. Both beneficial and adverse psychological impacts can be attributed to gaming, but the adverse effects outweigh the positive effects significantly. The current study looked at the association between aggressiveness and personality traits among PUBG players who were university students. Buss Perry Aggression questionnaire with an alpha reliability of .78 and the Big five inventory with an alpha reliability of .63 were used to collect the data. The research was carried out using a cross-sectional research approach. Research data was gathered using the survey approach using the convenience sampling technique and data was collected through a google form. The number of PUBG players in the sample was 250. Correlation, t-test, and regression analysis were used to compute the results. It was hypothesized that males would be more aggressive than females. The results suggest that aggression differs significantly by gender. The findings a positive association between personality qualities and aggression (openness, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, and extraversion). These results contribute to our understanding of the psychological impact on online video game players. The study's findings aid in resolving the PUBG player’s psychological issues. Although the field has rapidly expanded over the last three to four years, a clear view of the association between the Big Five personality traits and video games may be achieved.

Abstract

This investigation explores the connections between narcissism, intimacy, affiliation, and power motivation. The information from the individuals was gathered. Using the NPI-16, a test for narcissistic personality, which Cameron P. Anderson, Paul Rose, and Daniel Ames invented it in 2006. The Carl J. Descutner and Thelen (1991) Intimacy Scale having (38 items) and the Unified Motive Scale are based on a joint IRT analysis of 14 existing motive scales that was developed by (Schonbrodt & Gerstenberg, 2012). 300 individuals from various colleges (government and private) and the University of Haripur made up the sample. Data was gathered using the convenience sample method with a door-to-door survey, and the link between the hypotheses and data was evaluated using the t test, Pearson correlation, and independent t test. The study's hypotheses were confirmed. According to current study intimacy has positive correlation with affiliation and power motive and affiliation has also positive correlation with power motive. The results indicate that, in comparison to women, men scored highly on narcissism. By using Pearson correlation method findings indicate that narcissism has non-significant negative relation with power motive. The study's conclusions would be beneficial and encouraging for academics, educators, and counsellors to suggest how to deal with narcissism issues, through which process we increase affiliation and intimacy and how we become more motivated to get power through skills, appreciation and enhance reputation in a positive way and by don’t violating others.
