Abstract

Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency is one of the potato producing areas in Central Java. Potato production in the area does not always rise and even tends to fluctuate. This happens because of several production factors, namely land area, pesticides, fertilizers and labor. The area of land planted with potatoes in Karangreja District remains every year. The amount and type of pesticides and fertilizers are also the same every year because farmers use fertilizers and pesticides according to the partner company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). So that labor becomes a factor of production that needs further research. The purpose of this study is to determine 1) The amount of work of potato farmers in Kutabawa Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency, 2) Factors that affect the outpouring of work of potato farmers in Kutabawa Village. The research method is carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The number of samples was 70 potato farmers in Karangreja District. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations and document studies. Data analysis using uptime outpouring and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) The total outpouring of work of potato farmers in Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency amounted to 2,225.93 HOK per planting season, 2) Factors that affect the outpouring of work of potato farmers are land area, farming experience and the number of family dependents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Biaya produksi usaha susu sapi perah pada Koperasi Tani Satria Milba tahun 2011-2018, (2) Pendapatan usaha tahun 2011-2018, (3) Manfaat sosial koperasi terhadap masyarakat sekitar koperasi, (4) Kelayakan ekonomi usaha produksi susu sapi perah tahun 2011-2018. Lokasi penelitian di Koperasi Tani Satria Milba yang beralamat di Jalan Raya Karangkemiri KM 6 Desa Karangkemiri Kecamatan Karanglewas Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan November 2020 sampai Juli 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Sumber data terdiri dari responden, dan dokumen atau arsip. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) biaya produksi usaha susu sapi perah pada Koperasi Tani Satria Milba tahun 2011 sebesar Rp 5.021.210.731; 2012 sebesar Rp11.958.744.359; 2016 sebesar Rp11.581.086.221; Tahun 2017 sebesar Rp11.392.389.476 dan Tahun 2018 sebesar Rp10.851.250.737, (2) Pendapatan usaha produksi susu sapi perah Koperasi Tani Satria Milba tahun 2011 sebesar Rp87.737.302,62; 2012 sebesar Rp207.103.288,34; Tahun 2013 sebesar Rp267.359.246,46, Tahun 2014 sebesar Rp194.978.425,93; 2015 sebesar Rp284.992.264,86; 2016 sebesar Rp488.777.267,8; 2017 sebesar Rp347.772638,16; dan tahun 2018 sebesar IFR 521.850.443,70, (3) Manfaat sosial Koperasi Tani Satria Milba bagi masyarakat sekitar koperasi yaitu Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), pelayanan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) Mart dan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar , (4) Kelayakan ekonomi usaha peternakan sapi perah Koperasi Satria Milba tahun 2011-2018 dinyatakan layak karena hasil analisis Net Present Value dengan DF 15% dan 20% bernilai lebih dari 0. Koperasi juga telah melampaui harga BEP dan satuan BEP.
