Abstract

The research aims to explore the impact of the social media platform Instagram in improving digital literacy skills among PPKn FKIP Untirta students. The research on PPKn FKIP Untirta students. The method applied is a survey that uses a quantitative approach. The population that is the focus of this research is active PPKn Untirta students who are registered from the 2021 to 2024 class. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. Findings from the research show that moderate Instagram use covers 85% of the total participants, totaling 64 people. Meanwhile, residents' digital literacy skills were categorized as moderate with a percentage of 80%, out of 60 participants. The level of influence can be seen from the significance value which shows 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. Apart from that, the calculated t value was recorded as 5.208 which is greater than t table which has a value of 1.666, so it can be concluded that the variable (X) use of Instagram social media has an impact on the variable (Y) digital literacy of citizens. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a connection between Instagram Social Media and Citizen Digital Literacy among PPKn FKIP Untirta students.

Abstract

This research has the aim to determine the effect of pancasila education learning on students' awareness of conform school rules at SMP Negeri 1 Angsana. Identification of problems shows that there are some problems, such as the existence of students who are not yet aware of the importance to conform the rules, weak awareness of school rules and differences in interest levels and motivation to learn which influence the level of student discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method to see the correlation between the relationship Pancasila Education learning variable (variable X) and awareness of obeying school rules (variable Y). The results show that learning Pancasila education has a significant influence on awareness of conform school rules, with a significance value of  0,001 which is smaller than 0,05, as well as the tcount value 4,175 which is greater than ttable 1,665. The correlation test shows that there is a moderate relationship with the correlation value 0,437. Based on the results that have been presented, it can be concluded that learning Pancasila education has a significant effect on students' awareness. This research provides important implications in strengthening Pancasila education learning as an effort to improvement students' awareness of discipline in schools.

Abstract

The value of democracy among students plays an important role in creating a critical and progressive academic environment. Untirta Movement Community (UMC) as an external organization at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University strives to strengthen democratic values through various advocacy activities and concrete actions. This study aims to analyze the steps taken by UMC in strengthening the democratic values of students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results show that UMC implements various strategies, such as public discussions, grand deliberations, cadre training based on liberation theology, and demonstration actions involving various elements of society. These measures are effective in enhancing students' understanding of democratic values, including tolerance, freedom of expression, and awareness of differences. However, challenges such as low student participation and the potential for conflict in actions remain a concern. In conclusion, UMC serves as an important platform for students to understand and actively implement democratic principles within the campus and society.
