Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing customer data management through the BTN Smart website at Bank BTN UNESA Ketintang sub-branch office, as part of the digital transformation in banking services. The BTN Smart website is designed to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and security of managing customer data, as well as providing easy access to banking services for customers. This research aims to analyze the efficiency of using the BTN Smart website in managing customer data, evaluate the implementation of its features, and understand the role of digitalization in improving the quality of banking services. The use of the BTN Smart website in managing customer data at Bank BTN UNESA Ketintang Sub-Branch Office increases the efficiency and accuracy of the data input process, facilitates prospect management, and supports the implementation of digitalization through automation and effective real-time monitoring by staff and management.

Abstract

Job achievement assessments are a central element in the management of human resources that have a significant impact on the performance of individuals and organizations as a whole. In an effort to further study the performance assessment practice in the context of modern organizations, this study has taken a deep look at the findings of the five international journals regarding job achievement assessments. Our analysis opened up insights into a significant trend change in the achievement assessment approach, gave valuable insights into its practical implications, and provided a number of strategic Suggestions that could be used to improve the effectiveness of job achievement assessments in various types of organizations. The findings of this study offer a deeper understanding of how achievement assessments of work can be a more effective tool in achieving organizational goals and managing human resources more efficiently.
