Abstract

The research entitled “The Effect of Internet Banking Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Medan Petisah". This study aims to determine whether the quality of Internet Banking services affects the level of customer satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Medan Petisah. The data collection technique in this study was through a questionnaire. Data processing methods: Descriptive Analysis, Simple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, and Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the regression equation y=0.52 – 0.88x, the Correlation Coefficient value of 0.68 means that the relationship between Internet Banking service quality and customer satisfaction is in the strong category, and the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination; that 46.24% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the Analysis of Internet Banking Services and 53.76% is more influenced by other factors not examined by the author

Abstract

Setiap perusahaaan harus mempertahankan keahlian dalam mengelola dana yang dimiliki dan membentuk sumber daya yang kompeten dalam menjalankan bisnis perusahaan guna meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan maka diperlukan analisis yang baik terhadap beberapa rasio-rasio yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Profitabilitas (X1), Likuiditas (X2) dan Leverage (X3) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Y). Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data Perusahaan Sektor Barang Baku selama tahun 2018-2022 yang diambil dari www.idx.co.id. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 66 perusahaan dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 27 perusahaan selama 5 tahun maka sampel menjadi 135 observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Juni 2023-Januari 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan Eviews 10 dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan koefisiensi sebesar 88,20% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 11,80 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
