Abstract

The creation of artworks cannot be hindered by anything, but what becomes an obstacle in creating works is the presence or absence of inspiration which can then foster creativity. The existence of inspiration will certainly be found by someone if they have the intention to create a work, otherwise if it is forced, there will be no inspiration that builds creativity. The ability to read opportunities and find a way through also greatly impacts the success of creating works that have value in them Ease of access to information or problem solving becomes very useful if used in exploring ideas or insights instead of being used for things that are not useful in the long run. The purpose of this workshop activity is to equip students as the audience to be able to seize opportunities by utilizing glass bottle waste as the main material in creating works of art or to be used as goods of selling value.

Abstract

The research describes the equine artworks of Ugo Untoro, an artist from Yogyakarta who is famous for his horse-themed paintings and installations due to his love and respect for horses. The freedom, in this case an anti-style of thought in art seems to be a distinctive distinction Ugo has compared to other artists, as well as his pure and fiery emotions that enliven each of his works. The ability to capture the essence of life, experience is also the main ingredient in formulating a work of art, as well as in processing it to create a creativity, in this case in creating art. The understanding of painting techniques combined with the background story and experiences that inspire him make Ugo Untoro's works increasingly known by many people, both at home and abroad. Horses are seen by the public only as animals that help humans to alleviate certain human jobs and are considered only as animals that live according to their nature instinct until they die, but for Ugo Untoro they have their own value and are like humans or even heroes who sacrifice their energy to die as forgotten heroes. This research explains that how horses inspire Ugo Untoro in his work and how art can be a medium for him to tell people about his aspirations and thoughts.

Abstract

An innovation can arise from creativity that is based on an understanding of what is happening around us, so that this creative process not only benefits oneself but can also be beneficial to others. Educators in this context, namely teachers in East Java, have their own methods of educating or applying their knowledge in teaching others. They are not confined to the classroom environment but instead utilize expressive media such as written works in novels, poetry anthologies, or educational textbooks. Creativity would be wasted without the means to support it, so Dels Media Publishing in Lamongan City has become one of the solutions to support the creativity of these teachers in publishing their written works. At Dels Media Publishing, the author is trusted as a cover designer, assisting in the book cover creation process while also demonstrating the author's support for the written works of the teachers.

Abstract

Human beings have such diverse ways of perceiving events; many sink into despair, while many others give up and succumb to futility. In this discussion, we aim to examine how the Polish artist, photographer, and sculptor Zdzislaw Beksinski transforms tragedy, grief, horror, destruction, and the decay of the future into a mirror reflecting the shadows of the present and future, in every visual work he presents. The experiences and creative processes he continuously undertakes in his artistic journey seem to serve as a record or identity for art enthusiasts, critics, and even those unfamiliar with him, allowing them to understand his mindset and who he is simply by viewing his works. Zdzislaw's genius has made him an inspiration for subsequent artists to dare to dive into and embrace a tragic movement, the offspring of surrealism that embraces nightmares and pessimism, known as the Dystopian movement.
