Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak luas pada berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Dalam konteks pembelajaran daring, siswa diharuskan mengembangkan disiplin diri yang kuat, manajemen waktu yang baik, dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketaatan hukum siswa dalam pembelajaran di SMPN 1 Subang kelas VIII, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketaatan siswa terhadap aturan sekolah, mengevaluasi peran guru dalam menegakkan disiplin, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan ketaatan siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, diantaranya identifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan, perencanaan program, implementasi program, dan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketaatan hukum siswa dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan hukum, sikap hukum, dan perilaku hukum. Program pendidikan karakter memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap positif terhadap aturan. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam menegakkan disiplin melalui sosialisasi aturan, pendekatan personal, pengawasan, penghargaan, dan diskusi kelompok. Implementasi nilai ketaatan hukum di SMPN 1 Subang memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang tertib, aman, dan kondusif. Pendidikan ketaatan hukum tidak hanya menjadi bagian dari kurikulum formal, tetapi juga menjadi landasan dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.Abstract:  The Covid-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on various sectors, including the education sector. In the context of online learning, students are required to develop strong self-discipline, good time management, and high responsibility. This activity aims to increase students' legal obedience in learning at SMPN 1 Subang grade VIII, identify factors that affect students' obedience to school rules, evaluate the role of teachers in enforcing discipline, and provide recommendations to improve student obedience. This activity is carried out through several stages, including identification of problems and needs, program planning, program implementation, and evaluation and follow-up. The results showed that students' legal obedience was influenced by legal knowledge, legal attitudes, and legal behavior. Character education programs play an important role in shaping a positive attitude towards the rules. Teachers have an important role in enforcing discipline through the socialization of rules, personal approaches, supervision, awards, and group discussions. The implementation of the value of legal obedience at SMPN 1 Subang has a positive impact on the formation of student character, creating an orderly, safe, and conducive learning environment. Legal obedience education is not only part of the formal curriculum, but also the foundation in shaping the character of students who are ready to face future challenges.
