Abstract

Pupose of the research is to describe the growth of preschool children at Bee Star Wonosobo. The growth process is assessed by anthropometric examination including body weight and height. The factor that most influences growth is nutritional status. Good nutritional intake to fulfill children's physical and mental needs greatly influences brain growth and development and the development of other organs. Method used descriptive quantitative, which was carried out using accidental sampling, and obtained a sample of 55 children with the sample criteria being children aged 3-6 years and willing to have anthropometric measurements taken. Research data was obtained from anthropometric measurements including height, weight and body mass index, then the data was subjected to descriptive analysis. Results of anthropometric measurements in this study showed that respondents had a normal height namely 24 (66.67%), were overweight namely 16 (44.44%) and had an excess BMI (body mass index) namely 19 (52.78%). Conclusion is that there are children who have insufficient height, excessive body weight and excessive body mass index.

Abstract

Pupose of the research was to determine the effect of education in the first 1000 days of life as an effort prevent stunting on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women. Method used a one group pre-test and post-test design, the research sample using a purposive sampling technique obtained a total of 34 respondents. Respondents were asked to fill out a questionnaire before and after being given education in the first 1000 days of life as an effort prevent stunting regarding the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women. Data were subjected to univariate and bivariate tests to be analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine the effect of education in the first 1000 days of life on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in preventing stunting. Results of the research show that the pretest of respondents showed that 16 (47.06%) respondents had less knowledge and 23 (67.65%) respondents had negative behavior. Meanwhile, in the posttest, the majority of respondents had good knowledge, 22 (64.71%) and 27 (79.41%) respondents with positive behavior. After providing education for the first 1000 days of life as an effort prevent stunting to pregnant women, the p-value for pretest and posttest maternal knowledge was 0.000 and pretest and posttest maternal behavior was 0.000. Conclusion is is that there is an influence of education in the first 1000 days of life as an effort prevent stunting on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women.

Abstract

Pupose This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of mother about stunting in Mudal Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency. Method this research is quantitative with descriptive method. Respondent in this study were mother who had toddlers in Mudal Village with a sampling technique using total sampling as many as 75 respondents. Data analysis using univariate test. Results the results of the study showed that the age of the respondents was in category of 26-35 years (73,4%). The most dominant source of information is electronic media (73,4%). The most dominant level of knowledge is at the medium level knowledge (64%). Conclusion the level of knowledge determined the occurrence of stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator used to determine the health status of pregnant, maternity and postpartum women, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN) state that the distance between pregnancies should be two to three years. two years, it can have a negative impact on the health of the mother and fetus, knowing that a close pregnancy distance can pose a risk to pregnant women and the fetus, therefore comprehensive midwifery care is carried out on Ny. I. The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care using the SOAP midwifery care management approach at the Watumalang Health Center, Wonosobo Regency starting from pregnancy to family planning. This report is designed in a descriptive form with a continuity of care approach. The research subject in this case is Mrs. I was 20 years old G2P1A0 with a pregnancy distance of less than two years at the Watumalang Health Center. From the results of the comprehensive midwifery care assessment, during pregnancy, Mrs I had a risk for her pregnancy because the pregnancy distance was too close, less than 2 years. Conclusions on comprehensive midwifery care were found there is a risk that can occur to the mother and fetus because the pregnancy distance is too close.

Abstract

Purpose: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator used to determine the health status of pregnant, maternity and postpartum women; Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is a condition where mothers suffer from chronic food shortages. Seeing the large Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Wonosobo, one of which in 2021 is caused by KEK/malnutrition, the author is interested in studying and providing comprehensive midwifery care Methods: This type of research uses descriptive methods with a continuity of care approach. The research subject in this case is Mrs. T aged 29 years G2P1A0 with KEK at the Mojotengah Community Health Center, from 6 June 2021 to 17 July 2021. Results: In pregnancy there were CED complications, during delivery there were CED complications, the baby was born spontaneously, there were no BBL abnormalities until the neonate, the postpartum period was normal, the mother temporarily used MAL contraception. Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care found complications, namely CED, but there were no complications in the baby.
