Abstract

Keterikatan kerja karyawan akan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan karena dapat mendorong karyawan bekerja dengan lebih produktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh leader member exchange pada distribution central Coco Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan di distribution central Coco Group dengan jumlah sampel 43 orang karyawan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisa menggunakan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan pada distribution central Coco Group serta leader member exchange sebagai quasi moderator memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan pada karyawan di distribution central Coco Group. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa teori leader member exchange mampu menjelaskan hubungan antara kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan dengan keterikatan kerja karyawan sekaligus leader member exchange yang menjadi variabel moderasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan. Employee work engagement will beneficial for the company because it can encourage employees to work more productively. The aim this research is to analyze the influence of support-based leadership on employee work engagement moderated by leader member exchange at the distribution central Coco Group. This research was conducted at the Coco Group distribution center with a sample of 43 employees using a saturated sampling technique using a questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using moderated regression analysis. The results of the research show that support-based leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement at the distribution central Coco Group and leader member exchange as a quasi moderator strengthens the influence of support-based leadership on employee work engagement for employees at the distribution central Coco Group. The theoretical implication of this research is that it shows that the leader member exchange theory is able to explain the relationship between support-based leadership and employee work engagement. At the same time, leader member exchange, which is a moderating variable, can strengthen the influence of support-based leadership on employee work engagement.
