Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of empowerment on the creativity and performance of managers of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar Regency and examine the role of creativity as mediating the inuence of empowerment on performance. This research was tested on 120 LPD managers spread across Payangan, Gianyar, and Sukawati Districts. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that empowerment and creativity had a positive and signicant direct inuence on the performance of LPD managers. Research also shows that empowerment has an indirect effect on manager's performance through creativity, so that it can be said that the creativity variable has a role as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important construct in management, especially in organizational behaviour subject. This is caused organizations face many challenges such as restructuring, downsizing, re-engineering, and economic global competition, so that organizations need commitment of their member. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as mediation (study at CV. Harmoni Bali Zoo). This research used a sample of 75 employees. The method used in this research is a non probability sampling method with questionnaire and interview techniques with PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) inferential statistical analysis tools. The research results show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. The implication of this research is to prove three component theory and its relationship to the research variables. This research also offers the benefits of perceived organizational support, managing job satisfaction on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Bali memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang pariwisata, maka dari itu banyak usaha yang bergerak pada bidang jasa perhotelan. Untuk menjaga keunggulan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 111 karyawan yang merupakan hasil perhitungan 30 persen dari jumlah keseluruhan karyawan yang berjumlah 370 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pernelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Menurunnya target pencapain karyawan karena beban kerja yang terlalu berat dan ketidakseimbangan kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan pekerjaan mengakibatkan adanya indikasi rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan work life balance sebagai variabel mediasi pada Account Executives di XL Center Sunset Road. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan XL Center Sunset Road dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dari Account Executives. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistis inferensial menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa work life balance mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini adalah memperkuat social exchange theory dalam menjelaskan perilaku kepuasan kerja. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi l&asan strategis yang kuat untuk merancang manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif bagi manajemen XL Center Sunset Road.   The decline in employee achievement targets due to excessive workload and work-life imbalance indicates low job satisfaction. This study examines the effect of workload on job satisfaction with work-life balance as a mediating variable among Account Executives at XL Center Sunset Road. A sample of 30 Account Executives was selected using purposive sampling, and data was collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. The results of the study also show that work life balance is able to fully mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction. This study strengthens social exchange theory in explaining job satisfaction behavior and provides a strategic foundation for designing effective human resource management. The findings offer insights for XL Center Sunset Road management to improve employee job satisfaction and work-life balance, ultimately enhancing organizational performance. By underst&ing the fully mediating role of work-life balance, management can develop targeted strategies to mitigate the negative effects of workload and promote a healthier work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap turnover intention dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Graha Kaori Group. Stres kerja dipahami sebagai tekanan emosional akibat tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi, beban kerja berlebih, dan target waktu yang ketat. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah Job Demands-Resources Model, yang menyatakan bahwa ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan sumber daya seperti work life balance dapat memicu stres kerja dan mendorong munculnya keinginan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 36 karyawan yang ditentukan melalui metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan path analysis untuk menilai pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Pengujian mediasi dilakukan melalui uji Sobel dan VAF, dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Selain itu, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan berperan sebagai mediasi parsial dalam hubungan keduanya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kebijakan work life balance untuk menekan stres kerja dan mengurangi turnover intention.   This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance on turnover intention with job stress as a mediating variable among employees of Graha Kaori Group. Job stress is described as emotional pressure caused by high job demands, heavy workload, and tight deadlines. The study is based on the Job Demands Resources Model, which explains that an imbalance between job demands and resources such as work life balance can increase job stress and lead employees to consider leaving their jobs. The research used a quantitative associative causal method with a sample of 36 employees selected through a census approach. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through path analysis to determine direct and indirect effects among variables. Mediation testing was carried out using the Sobel test and VAF. The results show that work life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and also negatively and significantly affects job stress. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and serves as a partial mediating variable. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening work life balance programs to reduce job stress and decrease turnover intention among employees.
