Abstract

Hotel reservation activities that are carried out manually or do not involve technology make the management process slow and ineffective. This means that hotels will manage reservations through pen and paper, notebooks, telephone calls, face to face, or other physical means that are considered no longer in accordance with the current era. Building an effective and efficient management system is the goal of designing this system to ensure that hotel management will never experience data loss again. Therefore, it is very important to examine the shortcomings of the previous management system (manual). In addition, the author will seek solutions to the shortcomings of the previous management system (manual). The challenge, "How to build a hotel room reservation information system using a website at anfadptr Hotel can be formulated based on the background information provided.ABSTRAK Aktifitas reservasi hotel yang dilakukan secara manual atau tidak melibatkan teknologi membuat proses pengelolaan menjadi lambat dan tidak efektif. Ini berarti hotel akan mengelola reservasi melalui pena dan kertas, buku catatan, panggilan telepon, tatap muka, atau dengan cara fisik lainnya dirasa sudah tidak sesuai dengan era saat ini. Membangun sistem manajemen yang efektif dan efisien adalah tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini untuk memastikan bahwa manajemen hotel tidak akan pernah lagi mengalami kehilangan data. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk meneliti kekurangan dari sistem manajemen sebelumnya (manual). Selain itu, penulis akan mencari solusi dari kekurangan sistem manajemen sebelumnya (manual). Tantangan, "Bagaimana membangun sistem informasi reservasi kamar hotel menggunakan website pada anfadptr Hotel dapat dirumuskan berdasarkan latar belakang informasi yang diberikan.
