Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of taxation regulations understanding, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, service quality and tax administration system modernization to the tax compliance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) individuals Taxpayer. This study uses a quantitative method with the respondents are MSME individual taxpayers which were registered at the Small Tax Office (KPP Pratama) in Surakarta. The accidental sampling method are used with a total sample collected are 99 respondents. This study also uses multiple linear regression models as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that tax regulations understanding, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and service quality affect the tax compliance of MSME individuals Taxpayer. Meanwhile, the modernization of the tax administration system does not influence the compliance of taxpayers on MSME individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the implementation of corporate social and environmental responsibility disclosures in property, real estate, and construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015- 2020. The first step of this research is to prepare a framework for the research to be made, and collect data from www.idx.go.id by downloading the annual report of the sampled company following the sample criteria and variables required in the study. The sample obtained from this study is 129 samples and the data is processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence Corporate Social Responsibility in property, real estate, and construction sector companies are variable size, and managerial ownership. While the variables Leverage, Growth, and the size of the board of commissioners have no effect.

Abstract

This study aimed to find empirical evidence that the board of commissioners, the board of directors, the audit committee, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, leverage, and firm size affect the performance of the company,. financial performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The population of this study included companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2019 to 2021. Sampling was carried out by purposeful sampling method, based on criteria established, a sample of 20 companies was obtained. Data analysis techniques use classical hypothesis testing, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, variable variance test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing by multiple regression analysis. Research results show that board of directors, board of directors, institutional ownership, firm size and audit committee have no influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, independent trustees and leverage have a positive effect on financial performance.
