Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Eksistensi Stakeholder Sebagai Faktordeterminan Dalam Keberlanjutan Kinerja Perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metodemetode kajian pustaka yang melibatkan penelaahan literatur nasional dan internasional terkait peran stakeholder dalam keberlanjutan kinerja perusahaan. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa engelolaan stakeholder yang tepat, perusahaan tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan daya saing, tetapi juga menjaga legitimasi dan keberlanjutan operasional di tengah tantangan yang semakin kompleks. Integrasi kepentingan stakeholder dalam strategi perusahaan menjadi langkah strategis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kinerja perusahaan di masa depan. This article aims to analyze the Existence of Stakeholders as a Determinant Factor in the Sustainability of Company Performance. The research method uses literature review methods that involve reviewing national and international literature related to the role of stakeholders in the sustainability of company performance. The results of the study show that with proper stakeholder management, companies are not only able to increase competitiveness, but also maintain legitimacy and operational sustainability amidst increasingly complex challenges. Integration of stakeholder interests into company strategy is a strategic step to ensure the sustainability of company performance in the future.
