<![CDATA[Partisipasi penyandang disabilitas dalam pemilihan umum merupakan aspek penting dalam mewujudkan demokrasi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan. Namun, berbagai hambatan masih menghambat akses mereka dalam menyalurkan hak pilihnya, seperti keterbatasan aksesibilitas Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS), kurangnya sosialisasi, stigma sosial, serta kendala administratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi pemilih disabilitas dalam Pilkada 2024 di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya peningkatan inklusivitas oleh penyelenggara pemilu, masih terdapat tantangan signifikan yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur aksesibilitas, memperluas sosialisasi, menghapus stigma sosial, serta mempermudah prosedur administratif bagi pemilih disabilitas. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan partisipasi penyandang disabilitas dalam pemilu dapat meningkat secara signifikan. The participation of persons with disabilities in general elections is an important aspect in realizing an inclusive and just democracy. However, various obstacles still hinder their access to exercise their right to vote, such as limited accessibility of polling places (TPS), lack of outreach, social stigma, and administrative obstacles. This research uses a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the factors that influence the participation of disabled voters in the 2024 regional elections in Bengkulu City. The research results show that despite efforts to increase inclusiveness by election organizers, there are still significant challenges that need to be overcome. Therefore, recommendations are given to improve accessibility infrastructure, expand outreach, remove social stigma, and simplify administrative procedures for voters with disabilities. With these steps, it is hoped that the participation of persons with disabilities in elections can increase significant.]]>
