Abstract

Hepatitis merupakan penyakit yang sering menyebabkan inflamasi pada hati. Cleaning service bertanggung jawab menjaga kebersihan rumah sakit karena lingkungan rumah sakit yang kotor meningkatkan risiko penularan penyakit. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan sebagian besar pegawai cleaning service di Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama Jombangsudah memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dengan benar contohnya penggunaan handscoon, masker, dan pelindung kaki (sepatu). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) pada Cleaning Service Rumah Sakit di Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh petugas cleaning service RS NU Jombangyang berjumlah 15 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah pemeriksaan HBsAg pada cleaning service. Pengambilan data HbSAg. dengan Immunochromatography. Data diolah menggunakan Editing, coding, tabulating. Analisa data Hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg pada cleaning service, diperoleh seluruh responden negatif (-) berjumlah 15 orang (100 %). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas cleaning service tidak terinfeksi virus Hepatitis. Saran bagi Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat mempertahankan peraturan penggunaan alat pelindung diri serta dilakukan pengawasan pada saat petugas cleaning service sedang bertugas.   Hepatitis is a disease that often causes inflammation of the liver. Cleaning services are responsible for maintaining hospital cleanliness because a dirty hospital environment increases the risk of disease transmission. Preliminary studies show that most cleaning service employees at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Jombang Regency already wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, for example the use of handscoons, masks, and foot protectors (shoes). The purpose of this study is to Know the Description of HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) in hospital’s cleaning service. This study used a descriptive method. The population in this study were all of hospital’s cleaning servive which amounted to 15 people. Total sampling was used in this study. The results of HBsAg examination on cleaning services were used as research variables. Immunochromatography Method Data were processed using Editing, coding, tabulating. Data analysis used univariate analysis The results of HBsAg examination at cleaning services, obtained all negative respondents (-) totaling 15 people (100%) and positive test results (+) were not found. The conclusion in this study is that all cleaning service workers are not infected with the hepatitis virus. Advice for hospitals was expected to maintain regulations on the use of personal protective equipment and supervision when cleaning service personnel are on duty.
