Abstract

As the community's need for access to information, public services, and economic opportunities increases, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers a strategic solution to address the digital divide between urban and rural areas. This activity focuses on digital transformation in relation to literacy and community empowerment through the integration of ICT in key sectors such as agriculture, entrepreneurship, and trade, which allows the community to utilize e-commerce and digital marketing as a means of increasing community income in Wajak Village, Malang Regency. The importance of sustainability is emphasized by developing a business model that supports the sustainability of independently managed digital community centers, as well as partnerships with the private sector, government, and educational institutions. Impact evaluations are carried out periodically to ensure long-term results, as well as adaptation to emerging challenges, such as technology resistance, infrastructure limitations, and the digital divide. Initial results show significant improvements in community digital skills, increased access to public services, and economic empowerment through digital entrepreneurship opportunities. This activity provides strong evidence that with the right approach, ICT can be a catalyst for positive change for rural communities, creating social inclusion, strengthening local economies, and improving overall well-being
