Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the different risk perceptions of consumers towards food service business providers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kota parepare based on differences in education level, gender and generation (age), because people today are also still ambiguous and confused about the truth of the information received regarding the spread of covid-19 both through food and food packaging. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis method with non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique & quota sampling with adjusted criteria. The sample were 162 respondents who were users of delivery applications (Grab/Gojek/Shoppe Food), had eaten at restaurants during the pandemic, had used drive thru, had shopped independently and had eaten raw foods such as sushi, during October – December 2022). The results showed that there were significant differences in consumer perceptions of food and packaging risks by age, education level and gender

Abstract

Abstrak Penetilian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang telah Optimal dalam pemungutan pajak restaurant berbasis Online yang dilakukannya di era Pandemi Covid-19 . Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu telah tercapainya tujuan utama dari Bapenda Kab. Sidrap dalam mengoptimalkan pemungutan Pajak Berbasis Online di Era Pandemi Covid-19 yang dapat dilihat dari hasil penerimaannya melebihi dari target penerimaan yang telah ditentukan. Tetapi dalam segi sarana dan prasarana belum optimal atau terpenuhi dikarenakan alat yang disediakan terbatas. Keywords: Optimalisasi, Pemungutan, Pajak Restoran, Basis Online, Pandemi Covid-19 Abstract This study aims to determine whether the Regional Revenue Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency has been optimal in collecting online-based restaurant taxes that it did in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. The data collection techniques used in this research are Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the research obtained are that the main objectives of Regional Revenue Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency in optimizing Online-Based Tax collection in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era which can be seen from the results of its receipts exceeding the predetermined revenue target. However, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, it has not been optimal or fulfilled because the tools provided are limited.
