Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of gross domestic product, total consumption, exchange rate, and export goods price index on export performance of coffee beans after pandemic Covid-19. This study uses secondary data and (Generalized Method of Moment). The study shows that the variable total consumption and value of exports show a positive and insignificant relationship and the variables of GDP and exchange rates show a negative and significant relationship with coffee commodity exports with exports of coffee commodities.

Abstract

The scope of this research includes international trade in coffee commodities using the Harmonized System (HS) code 0901. The method used in this research uses Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Trade Specialization Index (ISP). RCA method, the four largest coffee exporting countries in Indonesia have an average value of 3.10. These values ​​mean that Indonesia has a strong comparative advantage but is still below Colombia, Brazil, and Vietnam. Based on ISP analysis, the position or stage of development of the Indonesia’s coffee trade with a value of 0.88. This indicates that the coffee commodity is at the fourth stage or maturity stage. Indonesian coffee is already at the stage of standardizing the technology used and shows that Indonesia as a coffee exporter in the global market.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to analyze the direct effect of the amount of catch on fish prices and fishermen's income, operational costs on fish prices and fishermen's income, fish prices on fishermen's income, the amount of catch, operational costs and to on fishermen's income through fish prices. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using the SPSS program as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the amount of catch has a positive and significant effect directly on the amount of catch and has a positive and significant effect directly on the income of fishermen. (2) Operating costs have a positive and significant effect directly on fish prices and fishermen's income. (3) Fish prices have a positive and significant direct effect on fishermen's income.(4) The number of fishermen's catch has a positive effectindirectly to fishermen's income through fish prices.
