Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia dengan karakteristik konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan e-paper Bisnis Indonesia di 10 kota. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan jenis data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui budaya sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui sosial sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui pribadi sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui budaya sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui sosial sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui sosial sebagai variabel intervening, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian e-paper Bisnis Indonesia melalui psikologis sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang. The research objective is to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang. This research was developed with an associative design. There are four variables which, as a whole, are set into 12 indicators. The research sample was 124 out of 170 PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang employees, taken by random cluster sampling. The data used in this study is primary data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression testing show a significant influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang. Partially shows that competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. In contrast, Motivation and Work Discipline positively and significantly affect the Performance of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang Employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix, both collectively and partially, on purchasing decisions for Hydro Coco isotonic drinks in Berlian Makmur Village. This study used 100 samples, using a non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This study was associative, with primary data and a questionnaire as the data collection technique. The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the marketing mix had a collective effect on purchasing decisions for Hydro Coco isotonic drinks in Berlian Makmur Village. Partially, 1) product (X1) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 2) price (X2) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 3) distribution channels (X3) significantly influenced purchasing decisions. 4) promotion (X4) significantly influenced purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the company's financial performance before and after corporate action on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is the comparative method, the sampling method used is purposive sampling, and the sample used is 13 companies. The data required is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website www.idx.co.id, and the data collection method uses the documentation method in the form of annual financial reports. The analysis technique used in this research is the technique of financial ratio analysis, normality test and Paired sample t-Test. The results of the Paired sample t-Test test stated that there was no significant difference before and after the company took corporate action as measured by the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Fixed Assets Turnover, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Price to Book Value, and Price Earnings Ratio. Both from 1 year before and 1 year after, to 5 years before and 5 years after the company take corporate action. Personal motive is a factor that needs to be considered by the company in making decisions
