Abstract

The research analyzes hadiths relevant to Islamic education management, including educational leadership, human resource management, learning management, and curriculum development. The main data sources come from hadith books and literature on Islamic education management published within the last five years. The results show that the Prophet Muhammad's hadiths provide a strong conceptual foundation for developing a holistic and sustainable Islamic education management system. The main findings indicate that the principles of educational management in hadith have not only theoretical relevance but also practical effectiveness in contemporary educational contexts. Despite facing various challenges in the digital era, implementing hadith-based Islamic education management principles has proven capable of improving the quality and competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions through contextual and innovative interpretation. ABSTRAKPenelitian berfokus pada analisis hadits-hadits yang relevan dengan aspek-aspek manajemen pendidikan Islam, meliputi kepemimpinan pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, manajemen pembelajaran, dan pengembangan kurikulum. Sumber data utama berasal dari kitab-kitab hadits dan literatur terkait manajemen pendidikan Islam yang terbit dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadits-hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW memberikan landasan konseptual yang kuat untuk pengembangan sistem pengelolaan pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan berkelanjutan. Temuan utama mengindikasikan bahwa prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan dalam hadits tidak hanya memiliki relevansi teoritis tetapi juga efektivitas praktis dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era digital, implementasi prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis hadits terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui interpretasi yang kontekstual dan inovatif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine aspects of curriculum change, learning methods, use of technology, and the roles of teachers and students. This study is a qualitative study that uses library research methods to examine in depth the concept of innovation and change in the education system. A qualitative approach is chosen to reveal certain social situations by describing reality correctly, formed by words based on relevant data collection and analysis techniques from natural situations. Data and information collection is carried out through a review of various library materials such as books, journals, reports, and documents, with an emphasis on the discovery of theories, laws, propositions, principles, and ideas to analyze and solve the problems studied. The main primary data source in this writing is a journal reference from Putri on the concept of educational innovation, supported by secondary data sources from various other journals and books that discuss the concept and models of educational innovation. Considering that education is the main foundation of the nation's progress, innovation in the era of globalization is crucial. The results show that effective educational innovation must be holistic, sustainable, involve all stakeholders, and be oriented towards improving the quality of learning and developing student potential optimally. Technology plays a crucial role, but its use must be wise, and the development of teacher competencies as agents of change is very important. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji aspek perubahan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, penggunaan teknologi, serta peran guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) untuk mengkaji secara mendalam konsep inovasi dan perubahan dalam sistem pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih untuk mengungkap situasi sosial tertentu dengan mendeskripsikan kenyataan secara benar, dibentuk oleh kata-kata berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data relevan dari situasi alamiah. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan melalui telaah berbagai material perpustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dan dokumen, dengan penekanan pada penemuan teori, hukum, dalil, prinsip, serta gagasan untuk menganalisis dan memecahkan masalah yang diteliti. Sumber data primer utama dalam penulisan ini adalah rujukan jurnal dari Putri tentang konsep inovasi pendidikan, didukung oleh sumber data sekunder dari berbagai jurnal dan buku lain yang membahas konsep dan model-model inovasi pendidikan. Mengingat pendidikan adalah fondasi utama kemajuan bangsa, inovasi di era globalisasi menjadi krusial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pendidikan yang efektif harus bersifat holistik, berkelanjutan, melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran serta pengembangan potensi siswa secara optimal. Teknologi berperan krusial, namun penggunaannya harus bijak, dan pengembangan kompetensi guru sebagai agen perubahan menjadi sangat penting.

Abstract

The mental health of students in Islamic boarding schools faces increasingly complex challenges in the digital era, but the management model of mental health integrated with Islamic boarding school values is still limited. This study aims to develop a mental health management model in Islamic boarding schools that incorporates a modern psychological approach with Islamic spiritual values in facing the challenges of the digital era. Qualitative research methods, combined with a literature study approach, were applied during the period 2022-2025. This analysis focused on the latest scientific literature regarding the mental health of students, health management models in Islamic educational institutions, and the documentation of best practices in psychological guidance within Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study identified an increase in cases of mental health disorders among students related to the intensity of gadget use, academic pressure, and conflicts between traditional and modern values. The comprehensive mental health management model developed consists of five key components: an early detection system and periodic assessment, an integrated counseling service unit that combines a modern psychological approach with Islamic spiritual values, a tiered digital literacy program, a peer support system, and a referral network and collaboration with professional mental health institutions. The identified implementation strategies include a phased approach, the development of tiered training modules, the integration of programs into the curriculum, and wise use of digital technology. This model bridges the gap between the traditional approach based on religious values and the modern approach based on scientific knowledge and provides an operational framework that can be adapted by various types of Islamic boarding schools according to their characteristics and capacities. The limitation of this study lies in the absence of empirical validation in various types of Islamic boarding schools, so further research is needed to test the effectiveness of the model in various contexts.
